Let’s start with my nails.. I went to get acrylics and they did the WORST job. They left the acrylic underneath my nail, the shape was NOT what I asked for. Honestly not sure what shape he was going for. Asked for natural nails and they were so thick that they looked like bubbles on my nails. They were so terrible that I had to go across the street to Tropical Nails (highly recommend) to get them fixed. Secondly, the guy who did my nails was rude and impersonal. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next nail salon. This place is a joke. Everything is cheap quality. The gel nail polish is awful. The girl doing my nails was TERRIBLE. She cut my long nails extremely short before I even realized it. She did a pitiful job, rushing for no reason at all (nobody else was in there). She messed up my polish, then blamed it on me. Then, she scrubbed one of my fingers with the nail file until it bled. The other girl in there was asleep on the table.. yeah, you read that right. It was a complete nightmare & waste of money. My nails were done quickly and very nice. My pedicure however is high on my list of worst ever. I honestly have had better done by a friend who has no training. I'm new to the area so I'll definitely be searching around for something better, at least for my pedicures anyway. Everyone was super friendly though. Read Less

I'm only giving 1 star because I'm pretty sure you have to. They argue with you to up charge services for a pedicure and then the actual pedicure was terrible. The paint job is uneven and looks sloppy at the cuticle. Read Less

The up-selling is almost criminal! I've been here twice while visiting family from out of town. On both occasions the women working tried to up-sell the services by pretending they don't understand English that well, and like they didn't hear you say you wanted a basic service instead of a deluxe. The first time they got the extra service from a then confused 13 year old (my niece). But this time I was ready for their shady ways. I treated my mom and niece again. For the 14 year old we got just a regular polish, no gel. The women tried to tell me a regular polish would last only TWO DAYS! I pushed back and said a regular polish should last for a week! As a sidenote I would demand a refund for any polish lasting only 2 days. The woman tried to push back with the 1-2 days as a tactic to up-sell the gel, but I maintained a regular polish should last a week. My mom got the gel manicure and the regular pedicure. These women actually tried to sell a GEL pedicure, which btw is NOT done anywhere because it's not necessary. For both I had to tell these women 3 separate times which service, as they kept trying to confuse my mother and niece by asking what service they wanted and pointing to higher priced items on their price list. And these women were visibly TICKED and rude when I put my foot down and maintained the service originally requested. The woman doing my mothers hands cut her cuticles painfully in several spots and had the massage chair on so high it caused lumps (not kidding)! The woman who did my niece was so RUDE, she was not even pretending to be friendly. The 3 women who were working, were also talking sh*t about us in their native language (google translator is not your friend ladies). So if you want to be talked badly about in a foreign language and laughed at for refusing to be swindled, this is the place for you! Also this place does not have good sanitation and it seems just generally pretty dirty here. Needless to say, the next visit I will be treating my loved ones at a higher quality salon where the staff isn't so piggish. As to the quality of the manicure besides the cuts, the nails were also not shaped correctly. Save your money, and go elsewhere. Read Less

There is always a wait to receive service and there never seems to be enough people working to accommodate patrons. However, they do wax eyebrows very well. Just be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes. Read Less

Best gel nails. Takes weeks for them to come off unlike other places who's comes off after a week!! Very nice people that work there. This is my new favorite place for gel nails. Peddy wasn't bad they even scrape the dead skin which some places don't do. Read Less

I have been searching for a nail salon for a couple of years now. I even vowed that I would simply do my own pedicures. Well, looking at my fiances' feet, I knew that was a job I did not want to tackle so, I grabbed him  in between meetings and swung by this salon. We got in right away (its a rainy day) and Susan immediately went to work on his feet. Lets just say this was not an easy task! Tim provided me with a great pedicure. There was not a great deal of chatter or banter, which was nice and relaxing. I must admit,  when someone is speaking another language and providing me with a service, that insecurity I buried as a teen kicks in.
