I must say I was pleased with being seated in the spa chair (might I add very basic massage that’s kind of painful) as soon as I arrived at this salon since it was a little busy with today being Saturday. I picked my color and proceeded to the back to sit down for about 15 mins before my pedicure started I was excited that I got the younger girl from my last visit. My pedicure was going along and here comes my nail tech who looked tired and overworked no enthusiasm just dry. I wasn’t to sure about my color choice after the girl polished one toe nail I asked her to wait as I examined my decision she assured me it would be pretty but not before the old disgruntled lady told me to remove the polish it would be 5 bucks I just looked at her she already was charging me an extra 2 bucks just for almond style shaped nails. Nonetheless pedicure was done perfect my feet look amazing my nails need to finished but I still wanted to pay before the nail polish was applied I tipped cash first and than handed over my debit card to the girl who did my pedi, she came back with my card say card declined, in a state of shock I handed her another card and proceeded to get my nails polished and log on to my mobile banking app to see what the issue was and also to call my bank. Of course my bank confirmed money taken out of my account. I wad charged 2Xs for services rendered on both cards. I confronted some lady who seem to be in the owning family or in management and demanded to see my declined transaction receipt I also demanded her to batch out her sales for today to show me from her old credit and debit card machine that I had a declined transaction. Mean while she’s rolling her eyes and breathing heavy she finally shows me a void receipt for the transaction that wasn’t declined at all she also started to get extremely rude and disrespectful saying to me how long they’ve been in business. I attempted to express to her that I was a consumers that had been overcharged because the funds had been taken out of both Accounts this lady acted as if it was no big deal and that this happens all the time I couldn’t stick around any longer wet nails I walked out of that salon and I will never go back to another Asian owned shop again I am done and sick and tired of ungrateful Asian business owners that thrive off of the African/ black culture and race. The acts of the manager we’re poor and disrespectful. Again I will never go back to this business again and I recommend you think twice before spending a dime with these rude and ghetto shop owners. There amazinggg!! my nails always get taking care of when I come here. I normally don't leave reviews but they always do a great job! And take there time with your nails which I absolutely love! .. Would of gotten 5 stars from me but there always so busy and ask you to take a seat when they know they cannot take care of every single customer they have, I don't like waiting.. but I understand that they can't handle each and every customer that comes in. Arrived at this shop today and was greeted by no one. After 5 minutes a lady asks would I like a pedicure. I responded "Well how are you? Yes, I would like a pedicure." I was turned off by their rude and less than welcoming attitude today. When they proceeded to sit me in a broken spa chair I walked out. I've been coming here for years, but whenever the older gentleman who I assume is the owner is not there some of the women workers act completely rude to the customers.  *Changing the rating as Tim at least acknowledged the rude customer service extended initially and came outside as I was sitting in the car typing this review and asked if he could do my nails.* Again, I will not settle nor pay for unacceptable customer service. I've been to this nail salon countless of times. They're overall OK-literally OK. I went on March 9th & I'm missing a total of 4 nails. Within the next day, 3 nails popped off. The lady rushed on my nails. On my left hand the shape was totally different from my right and the nails on my right hand was shorter than the left. I've never had an experience this bad. EVER! I really like this place everyone is nice and patient, most importantly they listen to what you want and don't make you feel pressured to get services that you don't want. theres one nail tech that I really like but can never remember her name, she sits on the last station on the right side.
