I did not have a good experience with nails by Tiara. First thing first she cane late to my app. I had to call to see where she was at. Then upon getting my nails done she kept getting phone calls & answering the phone. Now onto my nails they were hideous, they were so hideous as soon as I came home I took them off. I contacted her to let her know that I did not like them & she told me to come back but I couldn’t because I had to work. She said she could redo them on another day. But at this point it’s like why would I come back to you when you already screwed me up the first time. I don’t trust you to do my nails right the second time. So I asked for a PARTIAL refund & she said no because it states on her website that she don’t do refunds because of the service & time spent on nails. Ok well that’s cool but I think that’s a horrible policy. If someone don’t like something they should be able to get all if not some of their money back. I understand her time spent (that’s why I said partial) but in the end I as her customer was unsatisfied; my nails were fat, uneven, thick, lumpy I could go on & on. & on top of all of that she charged $45 for something that should had only cost $20. Hopefully I could leave a picture so you all can see how horrible they looked. I’m very particular about my nails & very detailed oriented when it comes to my nails. I wasted $45 but it’s ok I will NEVER go back to her again or refer anybody to her. Period! Read Less
