I usually don’t write reviews, but I was treated so disrespectfully at this salon that I had no choice but to write a review. Today I had a 930 am appoint with Anne, As I began to tell her how I wanted my nails, she began to tell me why I could not have them that way because I was getting sns and proceeded raise her voice at me in front of other patrons in the salon. I kindly asked her to please lower her voice and she kept going on and on, I then said I do not want to argue I just want to get my nails done. She then said “I hope this is the last time I do your nails.” What is so sad about this is that I followed her to this salon from another that she worked at previously and she does not value me as a client. This is not the first time that she has spoken down to me and has also been degrading toward me in her language. I will not set foot in this salon again. I doubt that anything will change as a result of this review, but at least I can warn others to go somewhere where you will be treated with decency and respect. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!!
I never have understood why people work in this field and they cannot handle people telling them when they don’t like something, or how they want their services. If you can’t handle this feedback you are in the wrong line of work. Just because you do a decent job doesn’t give you the right to be disrespectful and talk down to people.

I'm new to the area, so I really wanted "nails 365 spa" to become my "go to" nail salon. However, this was my fourth and last visit! My previous visits were for pedicures only. I was going out of town on business for 4 days, so I came in for a mani/pedi. Instead of my usual gel nail polish, I chose to try sns (powder based polish), which suppose to last longer than gel. To my surprise two days later, I noticed few yellow spots on my nail polish, it progressively got worst. 4 days later after the manicure I had pink nail polish with a noticeable yellow tint. So I thought to myself, no big deal I'm sure they will fix it. On their website they have the following statement..."All of our Services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If anything happen to your Toes, Nails, or Lashes within 2 weeks, no worry! We will happily fix them for you at ABSOLUTELY NO COST!"With that being said, as soon as I got back in town I came to the salon. Manager/co-owner (at least that's how she introduced herself) said sometimes that happens if you're in the sun too much...seriously?!?! I wish I was told that!...get sns at your own risk it may or may not last! But, she (the manager/co-owner) said they would fix it, I thanked her and told her that I would be back either the same evening or next morningAs agreed, I came back in the next morning and it's a different story! She communicated in her language to another employee (conversation went on for few minutes) and than I was told, the manager can give me $10 off, if I want to try sns again. Once I reminded about their "100 % guarantee satisfaction" on their website. Her response " that's if your nail breaks or something like that". ?!?!?!?! So I just asked for the SNS polish to be removed, tipped the person who did it and left. I Will never be back and I will strongly advice to anyone I know against going there! With tip, $73 spent. Pedicure (still good) + manicure and sns (which lasted a whopping 5 days)! No thank you!!!!!Oh and she cut me during my manicure! Ironically, same manager/co-owner did my mani/pedi and advised trying SNS, because it lasts long time!!!

BEST nail salon experience I've had in a while. Extremely polite, pretty quick and reasonable priced. They have a price sheet so they don't charge you more than it actually costs like some places. Relaxing music, very nice and clean atmosphere. Awesome massage/ spa room in the back. And they were actually sweet and pleasant to talk to!Manicure with gel was $26. Toes with gel was $20 (+ $15 if you wanted pedicure). Eyebrows $8 & lip $5. They did an excellent job, and it was extremely relaxing. Did nails, toes and waxing in under an hour. Weekly special deals too + loyalty card for $10 off.

Today was my first time here and I absolutely love my nails and toes. Jason is the best nail tech in the area. Very professional, up to date with new techniques. I would never go to anyone again. I have NEVER been loyal to a nail tech, but Jason just earned a lifelong customer. I visited this salon in the past but now that it is under new ownership, I go regularly. The new construction and owners have put some themselves. They offer complimentary foot massages with pedicures but you can upgrade to the most amazing 25 minute massage in their massage room. Great nail salon!!!

I love this place so much.. the place itself is beautiful and the people are so friendly.. I always go to Karen because she straight up is the bomb diggity. I've never left here disappointed.

I'm new to the area, so I really wanted "nails 365 spa" to become my "go to" nail salon. However, this was my fourth and last visit! My previous visits were for pedicures only. I was going out of town on business for 4 days, so I came in for a mani/pedi. Instead of my usual gel nail polish, I chose to try sns (powder based polish), which suppose to last longer than gel. BEST nail salon experience I've had in a while. Extremely polite, pretty quick and reasonable priced. They have a price sheet so they don't charge you more than it actually costs like some places. Relaxing music, very nice and clean atmosphere. Awesome massage/ spa room in the back. And they were actually sweet and pleasant to talk to!Manicure with gel was $26.
