horrible experience ‼️ the manager kim got violently angry with me after i asked her to fix the shape of my acrylic nails. she refused to fix it when i asked. long before the nail polish was applied, i asked her to remove the nails completely because i was not happy with the job. she clipped the acrylic nails off only at the tip and left the rest of the fill on. “dont come back here!”, she screamed “go back to (other nail technician whom no longer works there)”. i am completely disappointed and disgusted with the unprofessionallism and customer service provided at this establishment. This is a wonderful place to come for a Pedi/Mani or a massage. Its a very relaxing environment. The women here are professionals and know what they are doing. I highly recommend Sharra and Kim. Both are attentive and speak english very well. No misunderstandings. They accept American Express but request that tips be paid with cash or checks due to time delays in obtaining them. A place I was going to in Vacaville began not caring about their customers. I had been going there for years. So I left and tried another place and was so disappointed. I began searching on Yelp and I read the high ratings and fabulous job Ty does on manicures. I was not disappointed. He is gentle, and takes his time to make sure you leave happy. I had a bad experience with another shop here in Vacaville. I was in desperate need of gaining a relationship with a nail salon with excellent customer service, personable, affordable, and finally professional work. Well let me say I called scheduled and had an appointment on a Saturday within an hour. OK my thoughts were how are you not busy on a Saturday morning. When I arrived they already had their 1st clinic. I had to wait a bit but that gave me time to choose my polish. Ty did my nails and he took his time was patient and was determined to get them right. His side kick Jen did my pedi she is sweet talkative and friendly. I scheduled my appointment for 2 weeks. I found my needle in a haystack. Susan, the owner, makes you feel like family and gives a mean mani, Kim gives the best pedicures I've ever gotten and Shera gives an incredible massage and knows her reflexology! It's located in the Ivy Falls Shopping Center in the same strip as the Music Do-Re-Mi music school and Jet's Pizza.My sister and I brought our mom here on Mother's Day and I experienced the BEST pedicure I have ever gotten in my whole entire life! The girl who did my pedicure was super nice and friendly. She was so gentle, and showed so much care to remove all my calluses and made sure the nail polish was wiped off the sides of my toes. I think her name was Timmy(tie-mee), but I can't really remember. The foot/leg massage she gave me before she painted my toes felt so good and I feel like it was really long(I usually feel like it lasts 10 seconds, but this time I really think it was almost a good 10 minutes). The owner mentioned they also do facials, whole body massages, foot massages, and even acupuncture. This is definitely my go-to nail place from now on and I am planning on recommending them to all my friends. I've never written a yelp review on a nail place because I honestly feel like they're all pretty comparable, but this one seriously caught me off guard.
