I love this place and used to frequent here until my work schedule sadly got changed around. Kimly is the ONLY tech that will ever touch my eyebrows again. She’s amazing! The staff is friendly and do a great job every time.

The worst....I walked in asking for a pedi,fill and pedi for my daughter....after the.pedi is.completed im.thn told I can't get a fill today because they have someone out....never mentioned that befor...
The worst....I walked in asking for a pedi,fill and pedi for my daughter....after the.pedi is.completed im.thn told I can't get a fill today because they have someone out....never mentioned that before or I would have gone to another salon so my toes and fingers match. Even better someone who came in after me was able to get a fill. Spending 170.00 every 2 weeks for 7 months and no concern to have any kind customer service. Sadly after 7 months I will not be coming back.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Extremely bad business. Has wrong hours on the window and has wasted my time several times. Go elsewhere.

I went in for a repair and was told the wait would be 10 mins. They had two sets of two techs working on 1 customer. The. A girl finally approached me after 20 mins and took my polish off the nail that needed the repair. She said something to another tech in mandarin then proceeded to assist a couple of customers who had arrived after me. A complete waste of my time. I will never go back! They don't deserve 4 stars. You should go to Luxury Nail Spa in Johns Creek if you want great service and appreciation.

The worst....I walked in asking for a pedi,fill and pedi for my daughter....after the.pedi is.completed im.thn told I can't get a fill today because they have someone out....never mentioned that before or I would have gone to another salon so my toes and fingers match. Even better someone who came in after me was able to get a fill. Spending 170.00 every 2 weeks for 7 months and no concern to have any kind customer service.
