My husband and I went in for a relaxing pedicure and had the most uncomfortable, bizarre experience ever. The owner, Mary got into an argument with her employee which ended with her screaming and cussing at the girl and making her cry. Kim did my pedicure and behaved strange alsi. It was overall a very odd experience and we won't be back. Very unprofessional all around.

It was ok got in fast but if you mess your nails up they take forever to fix it a lady was saying inappropriate stuff and there was a kid and the staff did not get on to the lady.

This was my first visit to this salon. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, everyone seemed to be chatting and enjoying themselves. They were busy but they did handle the crowd well. I was very impressed with how well they listened to what I wanted and did not make my nails very thick. I did not have one nick and I appreciated how the tech turned my nails in many angles to make sure they looked good. I had a previous acrylic set removed and a new set put on with two gel polish colors, it took 1.5 hours. It was $47.

not only are mary and tony top technicians--but everyone on herstaff is excellent. the only downside is they are very busy---guess the word has gotten out. -- so as not to wait too long---call ahead.

At first I wasn't happy with my nails, I went back and they fixed them with excellent customer service for free! I loved the way my nails turned out and love the employes there. Very sweet :)

tony not gentle doing your nails at all, just got mine done and he made my nails bleed. he made them way shorter than asked and the service was terrible. will never go back. if hamilton mill isn't too...

Will not go back any longer, at one time their business was nice and pleasant to go and have nails done Just had my nails done a couple of days ago and they look horrible, also, the man who works there is not gentle at all when doing your nails.

They always take their time and never rush to get you out. They are very friendly. I have been using them for about 6 months for fill ins, eyebrow waxing and pedicures and drive 25 minutes to get there. Great job. Wax is actually cooler than the old place I went to.

I enjoy that her staff pays special attention to detail and they engage in conversation. Mary also loves to help her community especially when it comes to childhood cancer. She gets 5 stars and so does her staff!.

My husband and I went in for a relaxing pedicure and had the most uncomfortable, bizarre experience ever. The owner, Mary got into an argument with her employee which ended with her screaming and cussing at the girl and making her cry. Kim did my pedicure and behaved strange alsi. It was overall a very odd experience and we won't be back. Very unprofessional all around.

This was my first visit to this salon. I was very impressed with the atmosphere, everyone seemed to be chatting and enjoying themselves. They were busy but they did handle the crowd well. Will not go back any longer, at one time their business was nice and pleasant to go and have nails done Just had my nails done a couple of days ago and they look horrible, also, the man who works there is not gentle at all when doing your nails.

They always take their time and never rush to get you out. They are very friendly. I have been using them for about 6 months for fill ins, eyebrow waxing and pedicures and drive 25 minutes to get there. Great job. Wax is actually cooler than the old place I went to.
