WARNING WARNING WARNING In the 23 years I've been getting my nails done this was beyond the worst experience I ever had. They hurt my thumb by filing my nail to much on one side to the skin. My actual nails I was receiving the S&S manicure 3 of my nails have lumps in them they are NOT smooth and 2 are shaped crooked. I pointed out these fact and she wasn't concerned about her mistakes, nor were they willing to fix because she was doing an customer while i was drying and they were about to close. I said well how much are you charging she said 35$ (full price) I said so what about your mistakes and I'm not happy with your work and you took my whole thumb nail off basically. Still charged me full price! Terrible, inconsistent place of business. Bad Vibes all around and NOT TO MENTION the quality of there work...... Let me first start by saying, why do all the nail salons around me close at 7 and 7:30?! It is horrible and I think I may need to start a petition! Lol. Okay now about my experience... it was Monday around 6:45 and I had some friends come to visit. We decided to go get pedicures. 4 adults and a child. We walk into the first salon and the wait was long so we decided to try another salon close by, we walk in and tell the lady 4 pedicures and she says okay pick your color we will be right with you. 5 minutes later she says they only have time to do 2 pedicures! WHAT?! So mad we leave and I had to get on Yelp to find nail salons.Most of which were closed. Finally I find regal nails and give them a call and they say come on in we close at 8 and the wait is 15-20 minutes. We were fine with waiting so we head there. Come to find out it is in Walmart which we kinda didn't like but we didn't have any other options so we walk in and get greeted. We pick our color and wait. It was fairly busy. But they got to us in a timely fashion. They closed at 8 and we got out of here are 8:50. They stayed past business hours to accommodate us! We we so grateful. Every single one of the staff was so rude & they had to go over my nails TWICE because they messed my nails up but didn't want to fix it . The lady charged me a different price than what she told me when i walked in .. she tried to over charge me so obviously I payed what the price was on the chart. WORSE experience I've ever had as far as getting my nails done I will NEVER go back there . Read Less

Awful! Had my nails refilled. A trainee and a other lady helped her. First time having it done. The trainee was rough, paint on my nails look horrible and already coming off. Noticeable heat bubbles and you can even see where my real nail ends and the fake one starts! And they overcharged me!Read Less

3rd time and it was DISAPPOINTING! Just because I did not want to upgrade my pedicure, I didn't Need To, felt like she got mad and was very rough with the cuticles and I had to hold up my get for the scrub! That's Ridiculous! I am in the cosmetology industry. I know what good service is and I know how to give Good Service. Very Upset at this experience!!!! Read Less

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - Went in on Saturday 01/17 to have a full set of acrylics .. Less than 3 days later, the nails were lifting and had huge gaps in them.I was finally able to go back in yesterday 01/22 (5 days) and was told by the OWNER I could pay to have them fix or she can file them down (which made them look just as bad as the original set) until I come back for a  refill. She never once apologized, she never once offered to really and truly fix them. She just kept saying I can pay to have them fixed. At this point I told her to take them off. She said she didn't have anyway to take them off. I said this is a nail salon so I'm sure you can figure it out. She proceeded to cut them with nail clippers and stick her nail under and flip them off. That's how poorly the job was done. I have had my nails done before and this place stinks. I asked for a french manicure and got a dab of pink creme on my nails and then they were buffed. The girl was rude and very rough. Don't bother to go there. I contacted Regal nails by their email address and guess what? It is a bad address....go figure. What does this tell you? I don't care how many wal marts they are in.
