Walk Ins Not WelcomeCame in for brow waxing. They asked me to wait.  Waited 45 mins and I asked how much longer. I was told 1 hour. Came back in 1 hr and still no one available to do waxing. If a customer comes and and the salon cannot provide the service in a reasonable amount of time, the customer should be informed.  Only fair. After another 15 mins, I had my brows done. The waxing was horrible  - brows waxed, but no shaping with tweezers and stry hair between the brows still there. The waxing SUCKS.  The salon mostly takes appointments and even those with appointments had to wait an hour. Barebones employees.. I'm never going back. Read Less

Recently moved to the Hiram area and needed a new nail salon. I happened upon Nails and Toes and I am extremely happy! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was given Kim as my nail artist. Kim is an amazing artist. Manicure, hand and neck massage along with a fill only $57. Kim has a great personality and does an amazing job!! I will be returning every 2 weeks. Read Less

I've been going to Annie since I moved here from FL.  She is very meticulous and does beautiful nails.  I moved about 30 mins away from the salon but have not been able to find a good nail tech by me.  I made an appt for 2pm but as traffic wld have it I was late.  So, I called to see if my appt was still available.  I was told that since I wasn't there at 2 my appt was given away.  I understood but just a word to whom takes appt. call your client.  I've been to my appts on time and have had to wait 10-15 and I've waited never made a stink.  Unfortunately,  I was upset about the little consideration and I'll continue my quest for another salon.  TY Read Less

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The salon is very clean and the staff is so friendly. Pedicures and manicures come with super long and awesome massages, which is half the reason I get my nails done anyway! Read Less

Had the best pedicure on my first visit. Went back for a pedi and full set. The nail tech was super friendly, but very rough in getting the old set off. First time I have ever had my nails bleed from a salon visit. That being said, my nails did look fabulous. If I go back, it won't be any time soon. Read Less

Absolutely horrible! They over charged me. I paid over $100 for a fill-in, full set and a pedicure. Then to top that off I went to my regular salon to find out I had a fungus on two of my fingers. Just nasty! NEVER AGAIN!!! Read Less

One of the worst experiences by far. I waited over an hour to get a pedicure just to watch other people come in after me get there nails and toes done. They lady next too me was waiting a long time for her fill in as well. She was still waiting when I left to go to another salon. It was unfair to the both of us. Maybe they should keep a sign in sheet to keep track of their customers so other people won't experience what I did. I finally walked out after waiting so long and being overlooked. Went for a pedicure and the woman cut my toe nails without asking and made them too short and uneven. The nail polish is old and watered down and makes for horrible finish on nails. Prices are cheap and rightly so. This place is a one and done for me for poor product, application and rushed service.Read Less

The employees here provided a very good experience for my daughter and I. The wait was not long and they made sure we were comfortable during our pedicures and were satisfied along the way. Nice, clean establishment and a very friendly staff. I will definitely be going back! Update: A different person has been doing my nails since my first visit. My husband and I visited for pedicures today. Our usual location was packed where we go weekly. When asked what we wanted we told them regular pedicures, but afterwards we were told that the tech had completed a deluxe type pedicure at a charge of $38.00 v. $20.00 on my husband. I inquired and the techs began to speak amongst themselves in their native language...laughing and rolling their eyes. I usually tip about $20.00 per tech that does the work, but today they can take it out of the $38.00 and we'll just take our business elsewhere the next time we have to go outside of Beautiful Nails for pedicures. I love Jessina (the owner) and have followed her through the years starting when she was just a worker bee in another nail salon. She does a fantastic job on my nails! I always get the diamond nails and she makes them relatively thin and they look natural. I can even let them grow out 3 weeks before I need a fill-in because it isn't obvious where the fake nail ends and the real nail begins. I've received many compliments on them and several people have asked how I get my nails so shiny and are surprised when I say they're fake. And she speaks good English and doesn't cut up my fingers either. She's the only one I let do my nails (although I will let some of the other girls do my pedicures). Read Less
