So when I walked in... Sofie, one of the managers was helping me. All I wanted was to get my nails taken off. I just as under the impression that she was gonna soak them in acetone but she decided to try to peel them off with one of the acrylic nails. She cut the nails done but she ended up cutting my actual nails way shorter than they were. I stopped her when she was peeling the nails off after she ripped a piece of my nail off. I asked if I could soak them and she had an attitude. After I soaked them, Nat came to help, in which she turned my experience there around. Turned my whole attitude around. I’ve never gotten a bad pedicure here, and I always get my acrylics filled in here every 2-3 wks with gel polish over the. It’s a very laid back atmosphere and no matter how busy they are they get you in ASAP. It’s been almost a year I’ve been going there now. Read Less

It was ok...the service was alright. Very nice people. It did take a long time to get a seat with a nail tech. What they call gel nails weren't gel nails. Just because you put gel polish on the nails doesn't make them gel nails. There is actually a clear gel that goes on the nails not an acrylic powder. There I was sitting with my feet in the water for over 20 minutes watching the lady that was supposed to be taking care of me do everything but that. She cleaned every inch of the area very carefully in an obvious attempt to not do her job. Then another customer came in and one of the ladies began working on her pedicure and I'm still sitting with feet in water. I am on vacation and decided to go get my nails done because I didn't go before hand bad decision! My nail polish is so thick it won't completely dry along with the fact they buffed my finger nails so bad they are like paper and hurt to the touch. To top it off my pedicure was horrible! They cut so far into my toe nails it isn't even funny. I am going to have ingrown toe nails for months when they start growing back! My feet hurt so bad right now walking is like torture. I've been here twice, both times for nail services only. I really like the fact that this shop is clean, and they use tub liners and disposable utensils when doing pedicures, so that's a huge plus if you're picky. I do not like the extended wait times here, and there seems to be various staff working at a given moment (different both times I went. There were several younger girls, perhaps high school age working on one occasion). I also wear only an overlay on my fingernails and it was done way too thick. I plan to try this place again as I like the sanitary methods. However I think it's hit or miss depending on who services you, so beware :-) Read Less

If you have nothing to do with your time, this is the place to sit at all day while you wait to get serviced. It's a hit or miss. I have visit this place several times where you might get your nails done within a reasonable amount of time or you wait forever. Make sure you clear your schedule before you visit this place. I love Niki.  She is awesome and is alway appropriate.  Customer service is excellent everytime and she makes me feel like I have gone to a private spa.  Niki takes pride in her work.  She is the only one I'll let touch my hands or feet.  Please go see her a  tip well.  She is worth it!!!! I have only been here 3 time the first time I got my nails and brows done and I was pleased with both services. The second time I got my brows done by a different woman she did an ok job but I wasn't really to happy with my brows, the third time I got a different woman who used way to much wax and took off too much hair I'm still growing my eyebrows out from it and both brows were shaped completely differently. I understand that brows aren't ever identical but you always shape them similarly. The place is ok I feel it depends on who you get if your going to get a job well done, but I won't be going back after the last wax I got there. Read Less

I've been coming here for the last 2 1/2 years and service is always great. They do get very busy at times so I do recommend coming during the week but this is a great salon. I sat with my feet in water for 30 minutes before they started. No massage on my legs like im used to either. The gel mani doesn't look good. The color isn't even and she put it on way too thick.  We'll see if it lasts the 2 weeks, I highly doubt it. Also, from the language barrier, she didn't understand that I wanted designs on my nails as well. If I wanted one soild color I would have done it myself.  Overall I am not impressed. As far as cleanliness,  they used old buffers and nail files. They should use a new one for every customer.  Its disgusting to have who knows how many people's dead skin cells rubbed all over your own nails. This place is my new favorite salon. Very clean and bright. The use individual liners in each pedi tub that they change out as soon as you get up from the chair. They also use new toe spacers when your ready to paint. When you are first soaking they give you a menu of different options ranging from $21-$70.  My favorite is the "mini-deluxe with sea salt" for $26. Read Less

Very small/cramped place with A LOT of jewelry and overall "junky" looking items for sale in the front of the store. Not something I have seen before in a nail salon! A gentleman here did my full set of pink/white acrylic nails, with tips. I wasn't overly happy with them because they looked really thick and the tips weren't glued well to my natural nail, which will allow moisture to get in and cause fungus. Also, the tool he used to trim the white powder was painful! There were quite a few other people in there that may do a better job, but I probably won't be going back. Read Less
