Customer service was terrible. Outside of the greeting that I received when I enter the shop there was no communication. I told them I wanted my lashes done along with my eyebrows and they told me where to sit. The place was not packed, but all 4 workers were assisting people. A common courtesy would be to give somebody an approximate time that you will be able to help them, but I didn’t even get that. I waited 30 mins and outside of that initial greeting I received nothing. I go up to leave and still nothing. No apologies or anything. Very unprofessional.

I went here for the first time last weekend because I heard pretty good things and honestly they did amazing, I was seated right away and explained exactly what I wanted and they put on a dark blue sparkle when I asked for black and I just told them that's not really what I wanted and they ever so nicely fixed it without any attitude, besides a small snag on my finger it was very pleasant and I'll definitely go again

If I could give a negative star I would. Looks like a toddler did my nails then they charged me $85 for a simple polish and pedicure. Every time I go I get the same thing and my price has changed ever...

Spent two hours getting a Manicure and pedicure if they were busy then I could understand but they were not and I also felt like the older gentleman that was doing my pedicure was training on me and did not know what he was doing had two other lady technicians come to fix what he messed up. I honestly feel let down because I care here because of the "good" reviews

Will not be going back

I have tried out a few nail salon's in Hinesville and this is my "go-to" salon. The staff is attentive, polite and aiming to please. One time they were short staffed due to a last minute rush. I had to wait a little longer to get my toes done (which I didn't mind...I love the massage chair) and next thing I new the back-up team rolled in with reinforcements and I left with a discount for my pedicure.

I've been to this salon quite a few times out of convenience and don't know why I kept going back. They NEVER do what you ask them to do (I ask for thick acrylic and kiip a lot of length, I always get flimsy and short) and they will always take their "regulars" over everyone else, even if you get there first. I scheduled an appointment today for my lunch break and it was the last straw. By the time I showed up, which was 10 minutes early, they sat me down, walked away, and took a walk in. I waited for 25 minutes before I got up and left. They are consistently rude and unprofessional and never fail to do the opposite of what you ask.

My husband and I were in town for a visit.we stopped in and we're seated quickly for pedicures on a Saturday. They offered 6 different pedicure treatments. We had the deluxe. It came with a scrub, Warm.lotion, a massage. And hot towels. It was very nice. The lady who did pedicure was very nice and even showed me different pressure points on my foot to relieve stress and other things. We paid 60 total. The regular pedicure is 20 dollars. We would visit again.

I'm never the one to judge a nail salon because I know they're all different. However when I go in and ask for one thing and get told no I think it should be done like this, and they messed up my nail...
I'm never the one to judge a nail salon because I know they're all different. However when I go in and ask for one thing and get told no I think it should be done like this, and they messed up my nail and I have to pay for it, that's not good customer service. However when I go in and ask for one thing and get told no I think it should be done like this, and they messed up my nail and I have to pay for it I went into the nail salon because I was visiting from out of town and I messed up one of my acrylic nails. When I went and I asked for him to put a tip on again because like my nails long, the man told me " your nails are already long enough so im not putting it on" I've never been so angry walking out of a nail salon.

Customer service was terrible. Outside of the greeting that I received when I enter the shop there was no communication. I told them I wanted my lashes done along with my eyebrows and they told me where to sit. The place was not packed, but all 4 workers were assisting people.
