The technicians treat everyone well. The prices are like the average nail salon but the service is much nicer, cleaner, and offers a relaxing atmosphere even when it's busy. I recently received a pedicure in Foxy Nails, it was the best pedicure I've ever had! The whole staff is extremely friendly, the place is clean and most importantly the pedicure was perfect. I've been going to Foxy Nails since 2009 and won't go anywhere else. I was worried when owner ship was changed over in Aug 2016 but to my surprise Deny and Nina have been beyond wonderful! I had to get nails and pedi done last minute. i found this place on yelp and decided to give them a try, to say the least i was very impressed with them squeezing me in early morning and how my nails and toes came out! they have a variety of color and loan was very friendly and fast at doing my gel set. would definitely be a regular from now on. thank you! It’s nice to have a nail tech take their time on your nails and going through the process ask if you like how they are looking. I WOULD START OFF BY SAYING: I have gone to this location a few times before and have actually referred numerous customer from my work to them!! But lately this place has had horrible customer service and the new nail technicians either don't know what they are doing or they have given up on actually providing good service. My latest experience will now be my last. Walked in and asked for "mani & pedi with gel on my hands." Waited about 40 minutes (there wasn't that many people in there) but I finally I had to get up and ask when my turn was for my mani/ pedi. The lady was completely oblivious that I had said pedicure initially and acted like it was my fault she didn't understand me when i first said what i needed. Then while getting my pedicure the nail tech was sloppy and more interested in what was going on around him than his work. I had a picture of what i wanted (simple with no design) But he proceeded to act like I was asking for so much since it had two different colors and glitter on different nails. After my pedi, he walks me to the table to do my hands and informs me that since I was asking for "so much with each nail being different colors there would be an extra fee." I agreed. He proceeded to begin but when he grabbed a regular polish bottle I informed him that I wanted gel. Again I was treated like it was my fault the lady didn't inform him i initially said GEL. At that point I was already annoyed and asked to just do one color on my nails with two fingers having glitter. He rushed thru the whole processed and did horrible/sloppy job. He then sent me to the front to pay. When I went to pay I realize they were charging me the extra fee the tech spoke to me about when i had all the colors i wanted. But since i had changed it to less colors, i questioned it. i asked why i was being charged the fee still. they said it was because of the glitter. (Never before had I been charged for one nail having glitter on each hand) After arguing with him he yelled something in a different language and took the fee off. HORRIBLE  EXPERIENCE Read Less

Went in with my sister yesterday (Mothers Day). We went in for pedicures and full set nails for the each of us. I didn't like how some of the employees were undermining the other employees and basically being rude in front of the customers with each other. I briefly got to look at the gel nail colors before they were taken out of my lap for another customer who barely just got there. I was beyond frustrated and wanted to cry. Not to mention when I got my full set put on my hand jerked because of my carpal tunnel and the nail technician yelled at me in Tagalog. I couldn't help my hand jerking and I apologized but she had an attitude the rest of the time. I will not be returning to this salon. Read Less

Just now reviewing from my visit a couple of weeks ago. Not horrible, but not very good. During my fill, the tech took short cuts, including filling over lifts and imperfections instead of fixing them. I left disappointed that I could still see lifting under my just-filled nails. I can't recommend this salon for acrylic nails. Read Less

This place is not the best nail place out there. The people are nice and they offer you a drink while getting nails done but if your getting your toes done it's not good. The guy who did my toes seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, he didn't try to talk to me, and as soon as someone walked in he rushed. I didn't even get my hot towel wrap on my feet.. He just used a towel to wipe off my legs and then painted my toes. I get my toes done a lot and that is not how it's suppose to go. Also my friend beside me got the same pedicure as me and the guy Phil did more then mine did and did it correctly. So maybe today was just an off day for the guy who did my toes but it was an awful experience and he kept messing up on painting them. Just went yesterday for the first time and loved it! I spent $88 but I got my eyebrows done $8, Gel nails and manicure for $30, the best pedicure they had for $40, and my husband got a hot stone massage for $10. It was the best pedicure I have ever had and it lasted over an hour. They let my husband sit in the massage chair with me and they offered us water. The girl who did my nails was so sweet and did an amazing job. She also did my eye brows and they were done prefect. We will definitely be going here again!Read Less

Got nails done by Ruby. Worst attitude ever! I had to ask her to correct her.mistakes and then she told me I was.to picky. After I.was.fed.up with her mouth. I called the owner over and while speaking with him, she took the the pointy nail.tool and poked my finger do hard it started bleeding. I asked her why she did that and if she.did that on purpose.
