My mom used to bring me to this salon a few years ago and I couldn't remember why I didn't go back to American Nails....

My mom used to bring me to this salon a few years ago and I couldn't remember why I didn't go back to American Nails.. now I remember.
I was upset at the fact that I had to personally tell one of men who mostly does full-set and full-in that there are gaps from my pink and white full set. Which is like $40+... ain't no way I'm going to walk out of that place with messed up nails :)
I waited patiently for him to tell me he was almost done just to ask if he was going to fix his mistake; over drilling majority of the nails; filing too much on one side of the nails than the whole nail. He just started filing more!! It made the gaps wider and he began cutting me.
As I asked him if he could fix it, he straight up told me to "just leave".. And told me that I should soak it off at home..? -----mind you that, everything was fine beforehand-----I just wanted my nails to be what I paid for, you understand? these nails were one step away from being polished--don't mind the blood or cuts he made numerous times without me complaining at all.
There is no excuse for this poor behavior.. especially as one of the "owners" or boss..

Got a Manicure here on Thursday, 3 May. And by that evening my nails were peeling the color off & the overlay was coming off completely. The tech Lee didn't use the base coat before the color & did a half a$$ job. I paid 60 bucks for a pedi/mani & I will not go back. I wanted to go back to show them how awful it was but I am not wasting my time with them in trying to screw my nails up more. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would not recommend this place if it was the last nail shop in town, it was horrible, paid $40 for a horrible acrylic set that started to fall apart after a week and horrible service

Went there at lunch & got manicure full set & they were just awesome . I had my 1 year old with me and they treated her amazingly. I loved their customer service, I will definitely be going back

The nail tech that did my pedicure cut my foot and was very nonchalant about it. My polish is chipping off already and it's only been 5 days!

All I can say is I hope I don't get a staph infection....or worse. Didn't use Vitamin E oil. Nail tools weren't even cleaned between people. Like I said, hope I don't end up with an infection...

Though my mani came out nice, it was a painful process. I do not recommend. The guy rushed and was NOT at all gentle. Filed too much nail, my nails hurt by the end. The My pedi looked cheap, didn't put top or base coat. Only good I can say is they have a frequent customer punch card.
