Worst nail place I’ve ever been to. I asked for a couple designs which they said they could do and were going to charge me for them. They ended up not being able to do them well at all which I had to repaint my nails over myself. Not good service at all. Save your money and go to another place. Read Less

Employees were all on their phones. Rushed through so she could return to her device. Aggressive upsaling in barely recognizable English. Would not accept no. Ruined a nail on French tips and smeared the white polish into the clear as a "fix." Ignored while employees carried on their conversations. Sped through a pedi, with no attention to the bottom of my feet. Returned the next day to have the fixed nail re-done. Again, everyone on their phones lounging in chairs. Went into salon to have a nail repaired, ended up getting two nails and a polished change total was $28.00, I asked this is a bit much just to have these things done, even you can get a FILLED for less than that, assistant when you get a filled you get a discount and with GEL Polish it a bit higher , I told her yes then when I leave I expect to have the polish, you can buy GEL polish all day anywhere for less than what you just charged me. You can say the least NO I will not be going back to this salon for ANYTHING. also when you enter they ask what do you need done, the assistant's look at each other to see which one will say have a seat, like you bothering them. We stared bringing our own polish because they wanted to charged us $15 for gel polish 😏. Well this time I brought my own gel polish and they still tried to charge me $15. When I asked why does it cost the same to use my own polish they workers had no reason behind it. So I paid for the fill in and left. I do want to add that the table where they do their "spas" had a man back there sleeping. Which made my decision to not go back there again extremely easy.Read Less

The place is dingy! When I got my toes done she would dig out the corners and then leave the nail there. She was rubbing my feet and calves I couldn't hardly feel it. Once she got around to my nail she cut my nail after telling her not to more than once. Then she was going to leave my nails looking blotchy because when I said something she tried to tell me it was fine. I had to end up telling her to put another coat of paint on and it felt like I was pulling teeth to get that. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will never go back! Read Less

Worst mani - pedi I've ever had. My nails have bubbles (and they tried to use a color I didn't choose) and the manicurist smudged my toes putting my sandals on. Why couldn't I just sit under the UV for a couple minutes?? Also, if I have to have my hands in a bowl of acetone for my ENTIRE pedicure, I do expect the shellac tone entirely removed. Not the case!! Butchered is how I feel. I left a $20 tip (because that is what I do) but I will never go back and I hope to save everyone else as well. Too bad it's so bad an just across the street. Read Less

Horrible customer service! One of the nail techs rushed on my nails so the gel did not stick well enough and after showing her that my polish was coming off she refused to re-do them. I will never be going back to this place. Read Less

The best pedicure I've ever had I recieved at the T Nails Spa. I couldn't wait to take my daughter there as well. They do fabulous artwork and the environment is clean. The staff is also a lot of fun. Check it out! Read Less

I love this place but they can upgrade by doing some make over inside.  The price is great but that comes with problems.  Some clients bring their unruly children.  When I go there to get nails done, I don't take my children because I go there to pamper myself.  Have some respect for other people.  Nobody wants to deal with someone else's unruly, rambunctious children.
