Been using this place for a year and was satisfied. Always use the same person. I went there two days ago and the person I normally use was not there so I reluctantly used one of the young female. Was a little skeptical when she started but I had to get my nails done. At the end I was not pleased but extremely pleased. Perfect.I could not find a fault. The job was impeccably done. Was told her name is Crystal. Good job Crystal.

Terrible customer service. Hours say 8 pm and three have turned me away at 7 or 7:30 before even knowing what service i need and barely anyone else there. The last time my sister and i only needed a repair but as soon as we walked in we were turned around. All the other nail salons in the area will stay beyond close to help customers
They aren’t as good but if it means i can get simple things done when needed I’ll go where my money and clientele is appreciated

I often go here during my break at work! They are extremely fast. I'm always satisfied and thrilled with my service. Excellent customer service!! I wouldn't go anywhere else besides Cupid Nails Spa!

Girl terrible cs. And I asked him to do acrylic flowers and it says " I can't do designs 100%". Then why tf would you advertise it. Then he says I'm not a machine. I then asked him to you want 70% quality work and have to pay the full Price? This dummy says yeah and proceeds to argue with me. I told him don't touch my nails no more with your evil spirit, get somebody else to do it.

They were very friendly and did a really good job on my and my daughters pedicures.....had to wait a few minutes but my fault for not making an appointment! Definately will go back!

At first I gave them a great review but after how I realized the severity of the cuts to both of my ankles I recommend that you don't get a pedicure from there. I mean maybe it was an off day for them...
At first I gave them a great review but after how I realized the severity of the cuts to both of my ankles I recommend that you don't get a pedicure from there. I mean maybe it was an off day for them and I'm an exception. So try them out if you want to but I know the nice cut job they gave me. I'm willing to show pictures that I took after leaving there if anyone is curious to the cut job.

Been using this place for a year and was satisfied. Always use the same person. I went there two days ago and the person I normally use was not there so I reluctantly used one of the young female. Was a little skeptical when she started but I had to get my nails done. At the end I was not pleased but extremely pleased. Perfect.I could not find a fault. The job was impeccably done. Terrible customer service. Hours say 8 pm and three have turned me away at 7 or 7:30 before even knowing what service i need and barely anyone else there. The last time my sister and i only needed a repair but as soon as we walked in we were turned around. All the other nail salons in the area will stay beyond close to help customers
