Yesterday morning (Friday) , I went to this nail salon being that the one i normally go to was busy , i used to go to this nail salon a few years ago and always received quality service. I received a full set with gel polish and paid $33.00 . They were lumpy, uneven, and shorter than i asked for, that night they started lifting, then one just fell off , and then multiple started to fall off with no effort at all. The next morning (Saturday) i went back up there and asked for a refund which they refused and offered to fix them free of charge. That is not what i asked for, mind you they don’t have a “no refund policy” posted anywhere. After asking several times for my refund they still refused. I finally left and will never return for this horrible service and i recommend no one ever go to this establishment.

No cap, this one of the worst nail shops I’ve ever been to. They are way over priced. For example, 25 minimum for gel, 25 minimum for acrylic. Not including shape or length. If you want cat eye or chrome add another ten to that. Want to get your feet done add another 20. That’s too much for subpar work. Furthermore, I asked for sunflowers they can’t do it but yet y’all charge an arm and a leg. To add insult to injury the woman made two of my nails bleed removing the acrylic. Even after I told her to leave it. Asked for a manicure it was crap, asked for a pedicure that was crap. Should have went down to Spa #1 nails but they lines were long. I’d rather wait than leave unstastifed. Lastly, for them to always ask to do your eyebrows they eyebrows trash. After they messed my nails up they thought I was going to let them touch my face! Tuh! Never again.

I give this place a 5 only because of the nail salon. I went about a month ago for nail services and the woman who did my nails did a great job. I did inquire about the hair salon within it and the lady who does the hair there doesn't seem that experienced with a variety of hair styles. I didn't get my hair done there and I'm glad I didn't. But I will be returning to get my nails done again.

I literally wanted to rate this salon with zero starts. However that wasn’t possible. The customer service or lack there of is enough to make you turn around if your contemplating getting your nails done there. I went to get my nails done and my tech did a horrible job with the shape , my nails were lumpy , some were larger and thicker than others and after two days the nail started lifting. This used to be a great place to get your nails done , now it just sucks. Don’t waste your time.

I went to this particular nail shop today to get my nails down for my birthday. As the lady was doing my nails I let her know the length I wanted and the shape. She made them shorter and they were uneven so I asked her to fix it and she said NO ! And she being to yell and say i should have told her what I wanted before she had finished. She began to talk to other associates about me and also other customers. The service was absolutely terrible and my nails look horrible as well I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop to anyone. The service is slow and they’re really rough when handling your nails. I really honestly would rate them this one star. That was the worst service I’ve had in my life

I've been here at least 3 times.. I have never had a good exprience here. I will not go back. The service is poor... I will not elaborate but my last visit was strike 3.

Often times when you go for your appointment they are prompt to assist you; however, over the three years that I went there, I often watched as they spoke their foreign language to talk about customers amongst themselves, to include myself. In June of 2015, I went there and was treated poorly for wanting to have the SNS Nail Treatment; they don't appear to enjoy doing the service although they offer it. I believe it may be due to them being incompetent in knowing how to do the service because it takes them so long to do it. However, in June 2015, I ended up with Cellulitis (which is a life threatening diagnosis) of my face due to chemicals being blown in my left eye with a fan that was directed at my face while drying my nails in between applications of the SNS powder, adhesive, and dremel. I could feel the chemicals burning my eye, but I took it to be not as serious as it turned out to be, thinking that it was like harmless nail polish fumes. The next day, I woke up with a purple and blue eye that was closed shut as if someone had punched me in the eye, and my entire face was swollen. I went back to the nail shop to show them what happened; some of the nail techs were empathetic, while the man that did my nails shift blame on me for wanting to receive the SNS service. I took me a full month and a half to recover; I was on five antibiotics, which one was a shot in the behind due to the chemicals going into my bloodstream, and I also missed days from work. I had to seek legal assistance.

I give this place a 5 only because of the nail salon. I went about a month ago for nail services and the woman who did my nails did a great job. The customer service or lack there of is enough to make you turn around if your contemplating getting your nails done there. I went to get my nails done and my tech did a horrible job with the shape , my nails were lumpy , some were larger and thicker than others and after two days the nail started lifting.
