I went in for a fill in and fix on my Nails which were the pink and white gel. I told the girl they were the pink gel and she ignored me and did what she wanted. Telling me that ‘this better’ so I told her I don’t care I want the pink gel she said okay and kept using the same jar LABELED clear. So now you can see the difference between them. She didn’t cut them down the way I wanted still too long even after telling her I want them short, no shorter and they are so thick!! I had the black gel polish put on! Yeah too bad some of it looks grey, ends of the tips aren’t painted or that you can still see the blue from my last set. And the line for my black tips aren’t straight. My nails themselves aren’t smooth! My nails aren’t the same length either. And I’m still cleaning up the bottom of my nail tip. Did I mention she cut my finger with HER nail?? Very impressed on the frist visit, but not since. My second visit, the pedicure looked horrible. I went home and repainted them myself. Yesterday, I went again. Not only did it again look horrible, but the lady managed to slice my toe with the electric file and cause bleeding. Then she poured...something...over the blood (I am hoping to disinfect) then continued. I went home and immediately cleaned the cut so it would not become infected. Will not return again. Read Less

I usually only go here for eyebrows which I only allow, who I think is the owners wife, to do them. I have had a pedicure here a handful of times and like many of the other customer reviews, they are hit or miss. I once brought my mom here while she was visiting and she told me I better not ever take her there again! The other day, I happened to go for a pedicure bringing my own polish because I didn't want to brave the traffic going on the other side of town to another salon I have found that is great and I was too lazy to do my own. The elderly female tech was assigned to me and after this time, I will not return ever again, not even for eyebrows. She performed the pedicure in such a way that I was thinking, "well I MUST be getting a discount today!" This was a $7 pedicure job. She even told me "no" when I asked if she could clip my toenails and proceeded to file with carelessness, no attempt to shape them and also used a flimsy fingernail file. I had to then ask again if she could please clip my toenails and file them into a square shape, AND ask if she could clean under my nail. Why should I have to ask all of that? Then, she started to cough out with no attempt to cover her mouth and a few times COUGHED ON ME! I had to ask her if she could cover her mouth while she coughed because she was coughing on me. She conveniently pretended as though she didn't understand what I was saying and turned to another male who was working there and I asked him to ask her to stop coughing out and on me. He responded with sorry and she hastily finished my toes and walked to the back. As I was checking out, another female tech who was wearing a mask says, "I'm so sorry. I don't know why she wasn't wearing a mask, we usually do." I said that's fine and reluctantly gave a tip for her. It's okay, though, I won't ever have to return. I gave two stars because I have had good pedicures here in the past maybe in 2013 and 2014. Also, because the owner's wife has done a great job with my eyebrows in the past. Read Less
