When my friend and I walked in we asked for their $28 full set special which was advertised on the window, and each got charged $45 despite asking for the special multiple times. When I sat down at the table, there were fingernail clippings on the towel; we should have left right then. I asked for rounded nails and she filed one round and the rest square. I love this place! The staff is so nice and they talk to you. The leg/foot massages are TO DIE FOR! They have a punch card program. They also offer a hot stone massage and the waxing actually didn't irritate my skin like it normally does. Read Less

Went to Fancy Nails to get a pedicure with my ten-year old last week. The technician treated her poorly, complained about how "hard" it was to remove polish from her nails and mocked my ten-year old's hair on her legs, commenting on how much there was. She's 10! I had a great experience. There was an extra person not working on anyone so I got service right away! I came in for a manicure but I wanted polish, but I didn't know how to say that. He asked all the right questions. Got what I wanted. They aren't that high end. They have handheld polish dryers instead of the one you sit at. Not a deal breaker to me. It still gets the job done. Terrible service. Messy and in a rush and very rude. No tip for them. And will never return and would never recommend. She hurt me with the tool several times because she was so careless. Ehh. I got a gift card here so I thought I'd give them a shot. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was blah, plain water, no soap or fancy salts. I'd love to say I got a great foot and leg rub down, but sadly i did not. After feet, comes nails. I wanted coffin style nails, not too bad. The polish and designs are not as lavish as I'd liked and my manicurist argued me down because I wanted extra glitter, I won because well, I'm the one paying. They could be better, not completely satisfied. I payed $50 even for everything. Would I go back on my own dime? If I'm in Grovetown and too lazy to go to my normal shop, sure, but I'd just keep it simple. Read Less

My first shellac manicure here has great. The second time the same person was not available so I had someone else and it wasn't good, and didn;t last. I went back for one more try. This person had a terrible time getting the old shellac off, and did an AWFUL job. I complained about my right hand, and she "fixed" it but it wasn't much better. I use to come here a lot, and just moved back into the area. Great to see that the customer service is still the same. I came for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. $20 for the basic pedicure, $10 extra for the deluxe. $7 to get your eyebrows done. We had 8 people in for a wedding party!! None of our nails were done the way we asked! They put 1 coat on the brides nails and you could see through it!! They charged me $52 for a full set! I do hair and nails for a living and by far the worst service I've ever had in sioux falls! I come here a lot.  I get everything from manicures to pedicures to gel manicures to getting my eyebrows waxed.  They do a really good job on a of the above.  They just recently renovated the shop & changed owners, so it's a lot more clean and modern now. Came here with my husband. Pedicure is $20 women & $25 men. They offer a deluxe pedicure for $10 extra.  Place was clean and things looked almost new. They do seem to need more ventilation as there's a strong chemical odor when entering that after 10 minutes one gets used to. Shellac manicure is $30. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was getting the pedicure within 2 minutes. Family owned business. Will return! Read Less
