Spent $50 on the dip nails. They look horrible!!! very thick, look like buttons on the ends of my fingers... Some are wider than the nail some are much smaller and my cuticles are chewed up from the filing. I have never felt so rushed to get in and out of a salon. I got a gel manicure and they did nothing to moisturize my cuticles and did a botch job cutting them and didn't bother to push them back. The lady spent a grand total of 3 minutes painting them and the ends were so uneven and rough I had to file them down when I got home. Absolutely will not be going back. Read Less

This is by far the best place I have gone to get my nails done in Sioux Falls. They have earned my business for life. I normally get pointed tip nails, which I have found out is a bit more difficult to get a good looking manicure done, as most of the time they turn out crooked or uneven. I've been looking for a nail salon in Sioux Falls for a long time. My expectations aren't high- I just want a place that will take their time and provide a nice (not even perfect) end result. I have to admit to being a bit disappointed with my nails this time. I had a shellac manicure done. It took about a half an hour, and when completed there were two nails with bubbles, one with ripples, my thumbs both had rough spots, the color was still opaque (I could see my nails thro...ugh it) , and there was shellac overlapping the cuticles- which I fear will effect the longevity of the manicure. I am not a complainer, and I recognize how difficult it is to get shellac perfect. However, for $39 plus tip, I was a bit more hopeful for a satisfactory end result. Now, the nail lady was very sweet, and I enjoyed talking to her. The atmosphere was nicer than many places around town. It was not busy at the time I came- no one was waiting. I will never go back! It cost me $50 to get verbally insulted by the male in the shop who also did a bad job on my pedi. The female that did my mani rushed through it and did a sloppy job. My nails will have to be filled again sooner that normal because of the gap left at the bottom of my nails. Neither he nor she was friendly at all! Read Less

First and last time stepping foot in this shit hole. I honestly do not understand how this place is open for business. Jennifer (according to a different customer there) and the guy there are absolutely rude! The guy made some nasty comments to my mom as she was getting her pedicure done. Jennifer did my fill- in for gel nails and rushed through them. It took her all of 15 minutes and they looked horrible! Most of them had a large gap between the gel polish and nail bed. It doesn't even look like I just got them done. I asked her to fix the other nails that had gel polish all over my nail beds and she said she could try to fix them with the machine. I asked her if it would mess up the others and her response was she didn't know! Are you serious!!! The girl who did my pedicure was nicer but still didn't do a good job. The polish wasn't evenly distributed and she didn't take off the excess polish. My little girl got her nails painted and not even an hour after we left her polish started peeling off. Plus they were extremely rude to her. She was quiet and watched Netflix the whole time there . Only thing she did was move the nail polish to look at the color and she got yelled at. Me getting my nails done and pedicure is a treat to myself. It's suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable. So if that's the environment you're looking for, then I'd advise you to go elsewhere. However, if you want shitty customer service, equally horrible services and want to be talked down to...then Christina's nails is the perfect place to acquire all of these bullet points. Read Less
