Not impressed with this place at all. I stopped in for the first time because the people I normally go to are on vacation, and I will never go back to The Nail Lounge. I got a basic pedi/mani and the lady forgot to put the top coat on my toes. And how you mess up a manicure with clear polish is beyond me. I even had to come home and finish plucking my eye brows after a wax. Horrible experience, will not go back!

Pedicure itself was good, the guy did a great job & didnt rush. The staff was HORRIBLE! The young girl with grey hair was rude to not only me, but multiple customers... not friendly staff at all. Wont be back, i'll continue going to Nail couture!

My daughter came home tonight with this mess on her hands!! I am extremely pissed! She went there for her nails to get done for prom and showed them the color of her dress (purple, pink and white) they gave her beige. Why? She said they were really rude to her and her friend (they told her friend they could tell she painted her own nails because they didn't good. What the hell.?). If I would have known soon I would have marched her back down there, made them take them off and give her her money back. The same things aren't even straight. The person cut the skin on the side of her nail AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, JUST LET IT SIT THERE AND BLEED! Sorriest place! Hope she doesn't get some kind of flesh ratting disease from the cut, if they sanitize anything like the way the do nails, she will be seeing a hospital soon!! This place is a joke not a business!!!😡

I use to be a regular, after receiving terrible service more than once I realized it was time to try another place. I tried to give them another chance and patronize there HUGE MISTAKE!! The staff and manager were extremely RUDE! Pedicure was half done, I'm guessing because I decided to go with the regular pedicure. I explained that I wasn't satisfied with my pedicure and the tech got hostile, I thought she was about to attack me. Don't waste your time spending your hard earned money there. Try peace nails they're absolutely phenomenal all across the board you will not be disappointed!

Awesome nail salon! Get my nails done by Haley and she always does an amazing job. They are fast and price is reasonable.

The staff was nice and they did a great job, just way to expensive. I got a pedicure and gel polish on my real nails and it was 69 dollars!!!

Not impressed with this place at all. I stopped in for the first time because the people I normally go to are on vacation, and I will never go back to The Nail Lounge. I got a basic pedi/mani and the lady forgot to put the top coat on my toes. And how you mess up a manicure with clear polish is beyond me. My daughter came home tonight with this mess on her hands!! I am extremely pissed! She went there for her nails to get done for prom and showed them the color of her dress (purple, pink and white) they gave her beige. Why? I use to be a regular, after receiving terrible service more than once I realized it was time to try another place. I tried to give them another chance and patronize there HUGE MISTAKE!! The staff and manager were extremely RUDE! Pedicure was half done, I'm guessing because I decided to go with the regular pedicure.
