I asked Hay/Hai when I entered if she had time to do 2 Manicures and pedicures, with full new set of hands she said ok. I picked O.P.I Christmas in plaid and Rose gold and black confetti glitter. A tech asked which pedicure I wanted, I pointed to number 1 basic for 19$. She then started with the pedicure but Hay/Hai took over. While she clipped toenails she stated that I needed to get the #2 pedicure special. I agreed w/ change in price by 5$. Fast forward, she painted toes 2-5 with the green polish and attempted to make coverage of the big toe with the glitter. After 2 coats the toenail was barely covered. She stated that she would put more on the toe but wanted to start on my nails. She was very insistent that me and my daughter receive a gel coat on nails for 10$ more, each. I eventually agreed while she was still putting the acrylic on. She "asked my desired" length and when I told her she said no I can't cut down anymore or I'll cut your skin. She said she would cut down once acrylic was on. I'm thinking no, I've always gotten the tips cut short to desired length before acrylic was put on. She does the acrylic and proceeds to cut down with the drill bit which was a little uncomfortable and left the nail tip line slanted. I pointed that out and she attempted to fix it. I'm the last customer in the shop at this time. She takes a call from her husband and tells him what she wants for dinner and to take care of her when she gets home. She then asks if I wanted gel and I told her yes only if it matches the dark green on my toes. She tried to tell me that the bluish green gel she pulled off the wall matched my toes. I politely pointed to the dark green bottle and said no match. The other techs are cleaning and straightening up the salon at this time. She speaks something on her language and a tech comes over and takes the dark green polish to match a gel. She comes back stating that it matched the green as well. It's olive green. Again I state I want the dark green. Once Hay/Hai finished using the drill(which she kept rolling over my skin) she asked me to go wash hands. Once back she asked me to pay. I asked if they took debit she said yes. The card was swiped and processed as a credit card. I paid 89$. I returned to my seat mad about that. She then had me to pick out another glitter polish. She was going to paint over what was on the toe. I had to ask her to remove what was on there, it was 2 different shapes and colors of glitter. She removes glitter, paints 1 coat, and starts back on nails. She painted two coats right after each other, and painted glitter on finger with 2 coats. I asked for a 3rd coat to fill in any areas not covered. The last 2 techs were leaving out saying goodbye. She told them Happy New Year's. She explained to my daughter that it was New Year's in her county, China, on their calendar. She puts a top coat on nails and have me put my hand over the air blower. She then puts 1 more coat of glitter on my toenails as well as a top coat. She does a top coat on nails again and then asks me to put them back over air. 5 mins..... FIVE......5 mins later she told me be careful with nails because they're not dry but she has to go. I then look at my nails and notice the horrible paint job that hasn't been extended to the sides of the nails. I immediately asks Hay/Hai if I could come back in the morning and get them repainted. she stated that she would fix them now because she might not be there in morning. I then asks her to buy the bottle of polish, which she questioned why. I explained that I would have my nail person paint them. She said yes for 4$. I tell her l have cash in my car and would she like to walk with me to get it. She states that she could use the card machine I reached my hand into my back pocket to retrieve card and smudges 2 nails.I show her and she immediately states it wasnt her fault. I tell her if I was given adequate time for them to dry they wouldn't have smudged. I told her she was greedy for money, I paid you to start and finish my nails. Read Less

Went in to get my acrylic nails taken off, everyone was nice but the girl who did my nails actually ripped one of the acrylic nails off to the point of it breaking the side of my nail halfway back to the cuticle. It's painful and sore, still bleeding even the next day. When it happened the girl didn't follow procedure for what to do when exposed to another person's blood. I've been there many times and was always happy but after the pain I experienced literally having my nails ripped off and then having something so painful happen to my natural nail.. no I won't go back. I went Regal Nails to get a shellac manicure a few days ago. The environment was so well. Wow! As a walk-in, I was treated superb! The girl was so had such attention to detail. I have very brittle nails. I'm also diabetic with bad knees. I can not longer take care of my feet. Anne only employees knowledgeable, professionals, friendly staff. I go to get my fingernails shellacked best thing I ever did. A pedicure takes care of my toenails. Today was my first time visiting this location and I must say from now on this is where my girls and I will be getting our nails serviced. The shop was clean and the staff was very friendly. My nail tech was Linda and I have to agree with the previous post. She doesn't speak a lot because of the language barrier however she is awesome at what she does. In all my years of getting pedicures this is among the very best, if not the best. Linda was amazing. Annie did my manicure and eyebrows and I must say she too did an awesome job. This nail salon is conveniently located in the Griffin Walmart store. The nail tech that helped me was Linda. She doesn't talk much because she is paying close attention to what she is doing. She gave me the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. The prices there are very reasonable which allow for a generous tip. I would highly recommend this salon. Read Less
