I would just like to say I had the WORST experience ever while getting my nails done @ this place today. I recently started going here and had always left a happy customer with the exception of today. While sitting in my chair attempting to relax while getting a manicure an entire argument between 4 nail techs broke out around MY chair, focused on the lady that was doing my nails. While this preceeded to happen, every other tech stood around watching and no one intervened to say "maybe we should wait until the lady is done doing her customers nails". I made eye contact with each and every one of them expecting SOMEONE to realize i was NOT a very happy customer, however no one paid me any mind. I have zero idea what was being said but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to sense tension/ frustration/ anger no matter what language its in. It was just flat out RUDE. I'd like to point out that this went on for a solid 15-20 minutes and when i got up to leave, the entire salon was staring at ME. I was not happy. When i got to the register, i spoke with Tom (the manager, i believe) and expressed my dissatisfaction and he simply thought taking $10 off of my total was going to resolve the issue. To be frank, it did not. I'm not one to leave reviews, usually i just wont go back if i'm dissatisfied, but this is worth letting everyone know. Great nail salon. Took my daughter and they took care of her made her feel like a queen. And also very easy on the pocket. Not a long wait even though they were very busy. If you need a mani, pedi, or brows done and your in the area check them out. It was a great experience I'll be back! Read Less

I've been looking for a nail salon that gets the job done! After 4 years without getting my nails done and seeking recommendations from friends I was referred here. Best decision. I've ever made. Rose was funny and polite and got my nails and brows snatched! I'll definitely be back soon! I'm so happy to of found a new nail home that doesn't break the bank and isn't far in Travel distance. This place is very hit or miss! Sometimes the service is great but most of the time it is rushed and mediocre. Do not have any of the men do your nails. They like to blame the shape of your nails when they come out crooked! Read Less

Quoted my daughter one price and then told her it was more when she went in to get it done. When I commented on the quote on Instagram they blocked me and my daughter. We will NEVER go back and will tell all of our friends the way they acted. Terrible customer service. I came in every 5 weeks or so and now they will lose that plus both of my daughters business. I love this place. It's the only one that I truly trust but only with my girl Ruth for my pedicures. She is amazing. She is friendly and very thorough. Everyone is actually very nice though. The only thing wrong is that it is always crowded and sometimes they do rush you through especially when it's almost closing time. I still trust this place and would rather come here than any other place in Griffin.  The decor is modern and everything seems clean and sterile. Read Less

This salon is awesome! The staff are so much fun and very friendly. They all do an amazing job and are very talented. This is a top notch salon with excellent customer service, and it is so clean and modern inside. I felt like I was hanging out with friends and having a blast. The nail designs done here are a work of art.  I absolutely loved this salon and just found my new nail spot. Just wanted to say thank you to all the staff for being great! It is appreciated!!! Being a U.S. Army Veteran, I've had pedicures done on my feet all around the world.  Because I've learned during my years of Service how important it is to take care of my feet, I'm extremely picky when it comes to the quality of pedicure that I receive.  After retiring from the Army and moving back home I was in search for a good place to "get my feet done" and many people recommended Nail Cotoure.  Nail Couture is certainly the cleanest nail shop I've ever been in, the environment is very relaxing and with modern decor.  The employees speak good English, acknowledge their customers the whole time they are there and are courteous enough not speak their native language in front of customers.  The nail technicians take their time and have always provided a service far above and beyond what I would've ever expected.  After visiting nail shops around the world, I am certainly pleased with the service that I received from Nail Cotoure and will comfortably say that they provide the very best pedicure and best customer service that I have ever had. This is the ONLY place I will go for SNS gel powder! Their color selection is a solid 100-150 colors and most of their techs know how to apply it correctly; clean and not bumpy like a lot of other places. I usually go after work and get there around 6 (they close at 7) and I'm usually out by 7:30- they don't mind staying a little over if need be. There is always around 10 techs there, but that's completely necessary because of their client volume. I have also tried going first thing on a Saturday morning and there's a line at the door and people waiting in their cars. On average I wait about 15-30 minutes each time, but I don't mind because they do such a good job; WORTH THE WAIT! As far a pedicures, what they offer for the price is very fair and they have several "menu" items to choose from; $17-$50 - they have the right pedicure for you. Since they are always so busy there is a slight rush feel to it because of the 10-15 pedi chairs, 10-15 mani tables, plus tech and clients in a small building it can get crowded. The modern décor and cleanliness adds a nice feel and takes away some of that rush. If you want total silence for your pedi, go the EM Nails across the street, they're good too... BUT Nails Couture is truly your one stop shop! :) Read Less
