The guy done a lousy job on my SNS with tips, they were lumpy and not straight. I asked was the color I picked white and sparkly or just sparkles and he said white they turned out like a clear coat and add some sparkles. I sat in the pedicure chair for atleast 20 minutes with no water. Their kids were running back in forth between me and my two friends asking could they play on our phones and what not. The lady also messed up my toe and tried to fix after it was almost dry so it looked also very lumpy. It was not worth $60 dollars at all. I will not be going back nor will i be recommending this place to any friend or family member.

L O U S Y! First time Customer and L A S T customer! Got SNS and when I tell you I’ve never seen SNS look so bad and then I’ve never sat and have to have SNS DRY!! I will never go back here again!

Went in and got right in no wait. Have been before they changed mgmt. will deff not go back. Paid $80 for 2 full sets and a mani. The work was sloppy and not great. The guy who did my nails was rude and mean. Will never go back there again. Came home and fixed my nails myself. Will take my money and business elsewhere!!! Such a disappointment

They’re so rude. They’re customer service skills suck. I wouldn’t go back there for anything. I was so upset, I wanted to actually hit the lady that did my nails. NEVER AGAIN!!

The owners and the staff are Soooo super friendly and nice, and treat you like family.Today was my first time coming here, and I must say they have exceeded all my expectations!!! The waiting area reminds me of a lounge at an upscale restaurant, and the chairs for both nails and pedicure are Sooooo big and comfy!!!I love 5 STAR Nails, very clean, professional and friendly staff, and GREAT SERVICE!!! Excellent Service with a Smile, and Hun'T, you will not be disappointed.

I made an appointment for 5:30 a week in advance. At 6:10 I was still soaking to remove SNS( not bc it takes that long but bc no worker was available yet even tho I made appointment.) A new lady walked in and was taken in front of me. I finally just said can I leave? I was made to pay $10 for the removal of SNS having never been touch by a worker.
Never will use again!

Polish on toes rubbed off as soon as I got home. Polish on acrylic set smudged when I got home as well. Spent an hour in the shop drying my toes and 30 minutes for my nails. I liked the service when I left the shop and was pleased until I saw the polish start to wipe away. Manicurist was precise as my nails are shaped wonderfully, but the polish situation was a little disappointing.A plus was that the prices were very affordable. In the end I felt like I didn't get all that I paid for.

I walked in 45 minutes till closing asked for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and I was rudely told that they wouldn't have time. Really didn't understand why being that she was finishing up a pedicure. Oh well I will not go back again. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. Previously I had a great experience but today was totally different. Never Again!!!!

This is my husband's Facebook page, but I want to let everyone know of the rude way that I was treated a few weeks ago. I was a new walk-in customer, just there to get some information. I have some back issues which prevent me from taking care of my own feet. Therefore, I have been getting pedicures in my previous home town for some time. I asked the man who seemed to be in charge if they would be willing to make a very minor accommodation for me, just as my former pedicu...rist has always done. This simply involved holding my feet a few inches lower during nail care. He said "NO". That's right, nothing else just "no". I have never heard or experienced a place that is not open to making accommodations to people who need help. "Poor" is by far too kind of a rating to give this place and I hope that others who read this review will understand that customer service and kindness play a huge part in a business. See More

The guy done a lousy job on my SNS with tips, they were lumpy and not straight. I asked was the color I picked white and sparkly or just sparkles and he said white they turned out like a clear coat and add some sparkles. I liked the service when I left the shop and was pleased until I saw the polish start to wipe away.
