I went to this place today around 1:00 pm for a pedicure. I've gone here in the past (once or twice a year) and had good experiences. Not today. When I walked in there were only about 4 customers so I figured, "Great, I arrived at a good time." I was asked what I wanted, I stated a pedicure, and proceeded to pick my polish. I then sat and waited for someone to come for me. There were about 3 free technicians but still no one came. After about 7 minutes, a tech put a liner in a foot basin and stared running water. No customary crystals sprinkled in the water - nothing. She walked away and a tech working on a client told me to sit there. At this point, I'm begining to feel some kind of way. So I sit there, feet i water for close to 10 minutes...just sitting. No tech, nothing. Then another person arrives, with a companion. This person says she's never been here before but she has to tell this to 3 techs, all who've approached her and are discussing pedicure options. At this point, I've seen enough. I take my feet out of the water, shake them off on the mat, put my flip flops on, and walk out the door. Never again will I go to this place. And to top it all off, the A/C was either off or not working it was a sauna un there. That should have been the first warning. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I came in for a little me time, and I ended needing a lot of me time. I was there for two hours total. The service wasn't bad, per se, but it wasn't great. When I came in, I indicated that I wanted a mani & pedi, but I did want SNS on my nails. Went to the chair for a pedi and it went well, when she was finished, she told me that it would be thirty minutes before I could get my nails done, and I could leave and come back, if I wanted. I said I would wait. So I did, and a different nail tech started doing my nails, but went straight to the SNS. She didn't ask me what I wanted, or confirmed. So when I asked her to please cut my cuticles, she said she would do it after. Then she looks at me and says, "you want me to cut all your cuticles?" And I explained that I wanted a manicure - not just SNS. She proceeds to tell me I should have told her, I explained that told the first young lady. The rest was fine, but I ended up paying $67 for both. Seems a bit pricey, especially since I spent two hours in the salon.

Many colors and types of nail treatments.
Really nice spa and I've been thwrw many times.
Will be going again soon.

This place keeps the temperature at 90 degrees or just have the door open maybe and with the strong chemicals in the air while they have on mask. When asked to turn the fans on at least to get some circulation she replied with
“ we are cold”. I took my business else where.

Grayson Nail Salon has lost me as a customer😠😡!! I was a loyal customer. My entire family supported this one Salon including friends and relatives when they visited us. But never again...NEVER😡! My nailed chipped on Friday evening and I finally made time on Sunday to get it fixed (one nail). The man (don't know his name) talked me into getting the SNS nail treatment and I liked it....but it chipped. So Sunday, I enter the salon and of course they were busy...Back to School people (that's why I was trying to get my one nail fixed). They tell me it's going to be a few minutes and I'm okay with with that. Then people without reservations come in after me for mani/pedis and full sets. They speak that language to each other and keep telling me it's going to be a few minutes but take the walk-ins immediately. Those walk-ins ask what's the wait. They tell them we will take you now. They are all about money and tips. I didn't expect them to fix my nail for free. I'm a paying loyal customer!! They have lost me for life and I will never recommend them to anyone else.

I went here off the limb wanting my nails done. I normally go somewhere else and was very hesitant, as I am very picky about my nails. To my surprise they did an amazing job! I can't remember the lady...
I went here off the limb wanting my nails done. I normally go somewhere else and was very hesitant, as I am very picky about my nails. To my surprise they did an amazing job! I can't remember the lady who did my nails but she was so awesome that I came back the next day with my teenage daughter and her friend to get their nails done. I'll definitely go there again!!!

I wish I could give this place no stars or negative stars. Very rude and unprofessional. The lady in the red who did my eyebrows DESTROYED both of them! I was crying like a baby for a week. She ended up making my left eyebrow half the length of my right eyebrow... how the hell is that even possible?! Stay far away from this dump!

My daughter and I was here one day and I the middle of getting our nails done, they got a call that the State Board was on the way. All of a sudden all of the employees started running around and grabbing new stuff from the back and replacing all of the old used stuff. Then another girl ran out and pulled her car around the back. They all threw a bunch of stuff in her car and then she drove off. It. Was. Crazy.

I went to this place today around 1:00 pm for a pedicure. I've gone here in the past (once or twice a year) and had good experiences. Not today. When I walked in there were only about 4 customers so I figured, "Great, I arrived at a good time." I was asked what I wanted, I stated a pedicure, and proceeded to pick my polish. Grayson Nail Salon has lost me as a customer😠😡!! I was a loyal customer. My entire family supported this one Salon including friends and relatives when they visited us. But never again...NEVER😡!
