Very nice staff and not a long wait at all. My only (minor) issue was the attention to detail when it came to my nails. Most nail techs will check that the nail shapes/ lengths match on both hands (left ring finger to right ring finger, etc) which was overlooked. A minor detail, though, that I didn’t notice until getting home so probably no one else will. Overall I had a great experience.

They are excellent. The prices are unbelievable, much cheaper than I ever paid anywhere else, and the service is far better. They were a little bit crowded (considering how good they are it's no surprise they're busy) but even so the wait wasn't long at all.

I was highly satisfied with Cole's slow n careful attention to detail.
I've tried 7 Griffin nail salons since moving here. I find they rush thru n leave a bit of the old gel polish around the edges with a fill in.
Cole took his time n got every bit off before applying the acrylic.
And I never mentioned it!

Huge customer service fail!! The lady who did my nails was unfriendly and somewhat rude. I had to go back because my nails were not done right, but I didn't notice this until I got back to work. Wh...
Huge customer service fail!! The lady who did my nails was unfriendly and somewhat rude. I had to go back because my nails were not done right, but I didn't notice this until I got back to work. When I went back, it was clear they did not want to fix them. And, by the way, fix the air conditioning. It's miserable in there.

Apparently, the greater Atlanta area is in desperate need of reliable businesses that can deliver quality beauty services. At 10am, I called and booked an appointment for 6pm. Showed up to my appointm...
Apparently, the greater Atlanta area is in desperate need of reliable businesses that can deliver quality beauty services. At 10am, I called and booked an appointment for 6pm. Showed up to my appointment and saw a total of 3 techs, each working on someone in a chair and then they had three other women waiting for service. I told them I had a 6pm appointment. Instead of honoring my appointment one-by-one they began to cycle through the walk-ins ahead of me. It was about 6:30pm and I finally spoke up to see what the deal was. And here is what kills me - the woman working there says "oh well.. one worker left already so if you want to wait until were done with these ladies (the walk ins they just sat), then we do you" Wait not only do you want me to wait around for 1.5-2 hours AFTER MY APPOINTMENT to be serviced, you think I should have some sort of empathy because you don't know how to do your jobs? Yea, no. This place sucks.

I was unable to find my usual nail color and took a few minutes to find an alternative. It seems as though some of the employees found that irritating. The water for the pedicure was cool and the employee did not give me the service that I saw others receive. I was led to the table that dried my nail polish and everyone was so busy that not one of the 7 plus employees bothered to say you're finished or thank you or goodbye. I quietly left feeling under serviced.

Very nice staff and not a long wait at all. My only (minor) issue was the attention to detail when it came to my nails. Most nail techs will check that the nail shapes/ lengths match on both hands (left ring finger to right ring finger, etc) which was overlooked. A minor detail, though, that I didn’t notice until getting home so probably no one else will. Overall I had a great experience.

Huge customer service fail!! The lady who did my nails was unfriendly and somewhat rude. I had to go back because my nails were not done right, but I didn't notice this until I got back to work. When I went back, it was clear they did not want to fix them. And, by the way, fix the air conditioning. It's miserable in there.
