Paid for an ultimate pedicure and it took 15 minutes from start to finish. Massage lasted 3 minutes, the old lady put the lotion on and wiped it off. What a rip off. I’ll never be back.

Awful service the older lady done my nail and she was very rude and done a bad job , my polish peeled off on my thumb in 2 days . I have gotten my nails done for years and this is the second time I’ve had this happen at this salon . The color my daughter picked she didn’t even put on there but my daughter was to ice to correct here. Also she made my daughter feel so bad cause she basically told her that her eye brows looked awful. I spent 105.00 there and I will not ever go back .

Was not happy with the service When in to Redo my SNS Guy was doing a horrible job if he went and got the girl to fix his job she did a great job at trying to fix it but I was still not a 100% Percent satisfied when manager came over to look at them she said but they're OK and I told her I was paying for OK I was paying for Good When I requested them to remove the job They charged me to Remove their poor work i had glue up my knuckle bahahaha but it was ok wrk

I came in for a regular pedicure. Picked my color, sat in the chair and was handed a menu of options. One side were the more expensive pedicures (pedicure with callus remover for $25 and up from there...
I came in for a regular pedicure. Picked my color, sat in the chair and was handed a menu of options. One side were the more expensive pedicures (pedicure with callus remover for $25 and up from there). Turned it over and saw regular pedicure for $22. Told tech that I just wanted a regular pedicure. During my pedicure she continuously tried to convince me to spend more money (gel polish, waxing eyebrows). I declined everything. 23 minutes later (for a pedicure that is short) I go up front to pay and she says $25. I said no I got a regular pedicure that was $22. The manager came over and pointed to a small sign (typed in word so print was very small) that said they were changing prices. I argued that 1) they should mark it out on the menus they are giving people and 2) put the sign somewhere else where people will see the price change BEFORE making their selection. I told him to run my card and I would not be back. I NEVER write reviews but this was one of the most shady experiences I have ever experienced. Btw... I have been getting my nails done since I was 2/3 with my mother. I would normally not get the cheapest thing but I am getting married in 3 weeks and was trying to save a little money, but wanted my nails done for my bachelorette weekend.

Michael is great! He's very patient & talented. I'm very picky about my nails and I never leave unsatisfied. The salon is clean, comfortable & elegantly decorated. I never feel rushed and he gets me in quickly. Everyone else in the salon always seems pleased as well, I've met some really nice people at this salon. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure what the bad reviews were all about. But I've been here twice. No appointment, no wait, no complaint. The technicians are pleasant, talkative, and perform excellent work. And I think they're more affordable than other places in town. Plus there is some good people watching. Like this guy directly across from me with his pregnant wife. Two pedicures hit he's enjoying a Big Mac, fries, and nuggets while he soaks. Totally weird but totally funny. I'm sure I'll be back!

This was the most horrific experience I have ever went through. They burnt me very bad. I am going to have to go to the doctor. Not to mention I just wanted a lip wax and she put the wax all over my face. And my eyebrows she removed almost all of them on one side. Very unprofessional I finally asked her to stop working on me. And they brought someone else in there. The other lady even said how messed up the situation was and how messed up my face was!! Then to make matters worse when I was leaving I told them there was no way I was paying after what had happned the lady argued with me for 10 minutes then finally yelled at me to get out of there. It was awful!!!

This was the most horrific experience I have ever went through. They burnt me very bad. I am going to have to go to the doctor. Not to mention I just wanted a lip wax and she put the wax all over my face. And my eyebrows she removed almost all of them on one side. Very unprofessional I finally asked her to stop working on me.
