I will not be back to this nail salon. First of all I went yesterday with my sister, it wasn't all that busy (like I've seen it in the past). We both waited over an hour for them to start on our nails (she was getting a pedicure I was getting SNS nails). While I was waiting at a chair other people would come in and they would start doing their SNS nails before doing mine... they didn't have an appointment. The owner just doesn't seem to care how long you have to wait, and I wish I would have just walked out the door (we were there from 3:15-5:30). Once I finally got going the guy doing my nails wasn't all that friendly and he just seemed frustrated. He would file some of my nails but forget others, which I'm honestly kind of thankful for because he ended up cutting me pretty deep on 3 fingers because he filed too close to my skin. My fingers are so sore today. Oh and if that isn't enough... I paid $40 for this... $40 for horrible customer service and bloody fingers. Do yourself a favor... go somewhere else. Read Less

This place was amazing! Lovely people working there, top of the line products, skilled technicians and excellent end result. Felt very pampered with their complimentary fresh fruit and fruity drinks. They treated my 80 year old mom like a queen and delighted my 7 year old daughter. We had a great day there! It was decorated in a very fun way, and the chairs were super nice. It was significantly cheaper than my previous salon but seemed much more upscale. I liked that they gave you a detailed menu of services so you could see what you were getting. My nails look so natural and beautiful. This will now be my go-to salon! Read Less

Honestly this was the worst experience. I asked for my money back. But they would not do that. They wanted to fix it. Anthony messed my nails up painted the gel polish and all I felt were ridges and uneven dips. Keep in mind i paid $85 to these people. 2 hours later I could not take it. All I was doing was rubbing my fingers over my nails for 2 hours and I couldn't take the look or the feel so I went back and asked for my money back. Oh no! They wanted to fix it! 5 days later 3 nails have the gel polish cracking on the tips....keep in mind gel always looks nice on my hands for 3 weeks normally...but not with Venice Nails. Now that was my fingers...lets talk about my toes...they were cut to the quick and I hurt every time I put on my socks and the toenail polish is already half gone on each big toe. That normally lasts a month for me. I'm going to my normal And awesome nail salon tomorrow to get everything fixed. The only reason I went to Venice is because my aunt wanted us to go together and my normal salon wasn't open on Sundays. I'll never go back and warn everyone not to go to Venice Nails. They do not stand behind their work! I paid for a horrible experience! And $85 is NOT CHEAP! I wish I could give less than 1 star! This place is awful, the lady who did my SNS, complained the whole time about doing my nails. I just wanted sparkles. Then they serve up fruit and smoothies while the drills are going. That is not sanitary, the also used those drill on people's feet and natural nail!!!!! That dust is floating in the air landing all over the open containers. The smoothie/ margarita machines are covered in that dust. It was gross and awful. Read Less

I know they are fairly new and still trying to work some things out... first time I went, was awesome. I had a pedicure and my nails done at the same time, I wasn't offered a drink, but to be fair, I came in with a coffee. Second time.... well they were extremely understaffed and took almost 4 hours just to get a fill. I wasn't offered a drink at all again, but this time didn't come in with one. It's minor. But two of my nails came out crooked and he painted my nail a different shade than I picked out. I didn't correct it because I just wanted to get out of there. I'll give this place another chance, but please have more staff on weekends! Read Less
