I’ve tried out many, many nail salons around oakwood and Gainesville. This is by far my favorite nail salon. They do ALOT for the price you pay! Obviously they’re a good place, so the wait time is going to be a bit but they do take appointments! Every staff member I’ve had has been amazing! Highly recommend! Read Less

I do t know why this list my husband as the one giving this review, but it's me... Leslie, lol!!! Anyway... I Love this place!!! First time ever here and WILL be back!!! Great customer service, staff very friendly. The massage chairs are second to none. I felt very pampered, they offer you a water or soda while you have your pedicure... no where have I had such a pleasant experience!!! Highly recommend. Worst place ever. I got my nails done by someone who was clueless as to what they were doing. They kept messing up.... I was frustrated but patient. During the whole process I had to keep telling him how I wanted them because he wouldn't do them right each time. And the worst part was that they turned our horrible! I told them I didn't like them and they proceeded to tell me in a very rude manner, that they do not care and that they are not quailified to do a good job.. and that came from the owner. Every single time I go in I have to wait about 30 min to and hour for anybody to start on my nails. Last time I went in it took 3.5 hours to get a mani/pedi. I asked what I had to do next time to get started faster and they said "make appointment". I told them to take the "walk-ins welcome" sign down then. I just went in to get a nail fixed because it broke and it took me an hour before anybody came over to fix it. For how expensive it is, I expect more. I will never return. Read Less

Ouch! Went in for nails today. Normally a relaxing experience but the tech was extremely rough. My fingers actually ache. He pinched so hard and twisted my fingers in unnatural ways. When I said it hurt nothing changed. Manicure is awful and lights were turned out while I was paying. Ugh have an event tomorrow and no time to get this fixed. Spent $50.00 to be tortured. Read Less

Walk-ins usually have a reasonable wait time but they also take appointments. They have a good selection of gel polishes but they don't offer the SNS acrylic powder which is a little disappointing. Pretty consistently the best nail salon I've visited, but there are definitely a few employees who take the small details of pedicures more seriously than others. Sometimes they will spend extra time clipping my cuticles and working on my heels and massaging, other appointments I feel more like I'm getting a quick foot bath, a little oiled up, swiftly painted, and sent on my way. The guy who works the front desk comes off a little short with customers sometimes, but they are efficient and I recommend them!Read Less
