HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this nail salon!! I've been going there as a regular for 3 years. I've had a few issues here and there, but today takes the cake!! I called for an appointment last night and they told me my normal nail lady was on vacation. I told the lady that was fine but please give me to someone who does a good job. I get there today, with an appointment, they said they had called me all day. I didn't have one missed call from anyone. They told me my normal nail lady left because she was sick. Hmmmmm... last night she was on vacation and today she's sick... one might wonder. Needless to say, they cancelled my appointment without notification and when I called the lady out on what she had told me last night and what she had told me today, she was shocked because she knew what she had done. She walked away! I NEVER expected that!!! I would NOT recommend them!!! They do make you wait 30 mins sometimes even when you have appointments as well!!! Read Less

I always call ahead to set up my appointment so I don't have to sit and wait but every time I show up I end up having to waiting any where from 45mins to an hour and a half. I come in for a simple fill in that shouldn't take but an hour or so but I spend 3 hours with all the waiting and service. Super dissatisfied. Read Less

So i come in at 10 AM !!!! We wait like 40 min. We (sister in law and I) finally get called. The owner ends up doing mine and sister in law waits 30 more minutes. Then sister in law gets moved around 3 times! The owner then keeps leaving Every 5-10 minutes! Which i was getting very annoyed abt , she was so distracted that she kept forgetting what nail she left on ! I left the nail salon at 1:40 PM !!!!!! I was there 3+ hours! They need to get organized and maybe hire a receptionist to answer their calls, receive their payments and gift cards. If i return i will go with an appointment and make sure i dont get the owners! The woman did a spectacular job on my pedicure! She really took her time! The only thing is, I asked for shellac on my toes at the counter and twice while she was actually doing the pedicure, and she didn't do it. Maybe she just didn't understand what I was trying to say (definitely could be my fault) but nonetheless, I will be back! Read Less

No frills nail salon. Super fast job, doesn't look terrible, but also not the best looking gel manicure I've had. Nails not completely covered with polish and one of my thumbs is a little lumpy. The guy definitely isn't a perfectionist. He also had me put my fingers in ice cold water... one of my pet peeves. Is it that hard to make the water warm? Read Less

Came in to get a pedicure, which I didn't have a problem with. She did a fine job as far as pedicures go. HOWEVER..... I also got my eyebrows done while I was there and it was not the best experience. The room they wax in doesn't have a bed, which is a first for me. There's just have a leather office chair sitting in the room with, what looks like, a tall gym locker to hold the wax tools, and also a regular floor lamp for "extra light." As for the actual waxing, the girl let the wax dry too much before putting it on and had to force it to spread across my eyebrow which irritated my skin. My skin is much more red and irritated than it has ever been when I have gotten waxed. The shape is fine, but there was leftover wax all over my skin, and I had to scrub off once I got home. Paris nails are the greatest. I have been going to them for over 2 years and they have always treated me with great respect and they do a wonderful job on my nails. The owners and the staff are wonderful. I'm​ so glad I found them. Keep up the good job guys. Read Less

I've been going to Paris Nails since they opened about 6-7 years ago. I have tried other places, bc they would be too busy & I really always regret it! Paris Nails is great! They are a Christian company. They attend church at First Baptist Church the Vietnamese service. I feel in my heart that them being a Christian based company has gotten them where they are today! The owners John & Lynn (their American names) are so sweet & they will treat u fairly & right! I have gone back to them after other salons have messed up & they have taken off the Nails (no charge), bc they have told me that they can't put their Name on messed up Nails. Literally the worst experience I have ever experienced. I came to get my nails painted for prom and the lady did not even paint my entire nail. She got done within 5 minutes and then after we told her she didn't paint my whole nail she only tried to fix my thumb. In the process of doing that she did not paint my thumb the same color as the rest. After I told the lady to remove the nail Polish she became very rude to me. Best nail salon I have found in this area. For some reason there are so many nail salons in Gainesville, but this one is by far the best. They are always busy so I highly recommend getting an appointment first. Other than that, I've never had someone be rude to me or do a poor job on my nails. They never break and no matter how busy they are, they take their time and do a good job. Read Less

Very nice staff, owner & techs they all know what they are doing, they take time so you make sure you get what you want and need as long as you tell them. I said okay but any longer and I have to leave. I was sat in a chair at 11:35 only to have the technician leave me to talk to other clients waiting and proceeded to check out customers. So at 11:40 I walked out of the salon. They have NO time management skills or sense of urgency. If you have nothing else to do with your day but get your nails done fine go here. I was very clear from the moment I walked in that I only had so long to get a pedicure and they made no effort to meet my needs. Read Less

I have been to a million nail salons and this one tops the cake. I live in south ga and when I'm up in Gainesville I make sure I stop. They are super clean and friendly. I've never had a bad experience. Please respect these professionals this is not a quick service.. They take there time to be the best and make sure everyone is happy. Had such a great experience here today! I'm super picky about who I let do my nails and we just recently moved to Gainesville so I've had a hard time finding somewhere I like. Today, I was very unsatisfied! I'm 7 months pregnant and came for a relaxing foot massage. I brought a friend with me for service and we were treated poorly. I was seated in the Pedi chair with cold water for 45 mins and no service, whike my guest waited for a hr, with no service and customers put ahead of her. I walked out.
