In all this time, I can count on one hand the number of times when I raised an issue. I have never seen the owners be anything but polite, even dealing with children running around and harassing customers. I've been coming here since April. Sometimes they come out okay. The paint job is decent sometimes. She's cut skin by my cuticle multiple times and when I tell her not to get close she pulls my hand really hard. Last time I came in to get a new set one finger nail was crooked and two weren't the same length. I came again yesterday for a fill and she was rude again. I always bring my own nail polish and this lady had the audacity to tell me to use one of their own since she knew it was a sheer nail polish and probably didn't want to do multiple coats. I have seen them be rude to other costumers as well but I never experienced it and kept coming because I like two of the ladies who had done my nails but after being treated bad multiple times I will not be coming here again. Got gel nails manicure & a regular pedicure before I went on vacation. My big toe nails were cut slanted The next morning less then 24 hours later the gel on my ring finger was peeling up. So went back to get it fix or a refund. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me in front everyone in the salon, I'm guessing because the language barrier he didn't not understand what I was trying to tell him and just accused me of being "money hungry". Also told me to "get out and don't come back". I was not rude when I confronted but he still felt the need to disrespect me in front of everyone in the salon The gel manicure started to peel up after one week. Honestly the worst nails I've ever had. I came in for a fill in. My nails had the perfect shape when I got there. I told her I wanted them the same just filled. The poor lady had no training at all. I now have globs of acrylic on my nails. My nails are extremely short & very thick. The gel polish she used was old & clumpy. She really was trying but just didn't know what she was doing. I should of known better than to go to the mall to get my nails done. But oh well it's only 2 weeks.Read Less

My mother and her mother so, three generations have been going there for almost 20 years!! We will never EVER go anywhere else. Simply because they are EXTREMELY clean and so so so friendly. We love nail studio and lets not even forget the interior from beautiful diamond chandeliers to marble floors it's practically impossible to not feel like a princess or prince here! I went in for a pedicure about a month ago and I won't be going back. The massage chair they seated me in would not work and they did not even offer to move me. They did a meh job on my toenails, the guy said he could draw a few stencils like hearts and stars so i asked for a star on my big toe annnd...yeah, looked like something a 1st grader drew. If you are looking for cute and unique designs, don't come here because they don't have any. I found the place a bit on the expensive side too. At least the leg massage felt good, I guess? Read Less

They are always great here. Most of the time pretty consistent. Everyone has there bad days obviously. I feel they would make it right if they ever messed anything up. I've been coming for a little over a year now. I usually see Kim- she is fabulous. The owner is so nice and really interacts with all of the clients. I feel you definitely get your money's worth. I hate when I'm out of town or can't come to gainesville and use nail studio! If I go somewhere else they normally have to end up fixing the other salons mistakes. I would recommend them to anyone!
