The only reason I’m not giving this salon 5/5 is because it’s not the absolute best pedicure I’ve ever had. That one was while I was on vacation and I don’t think anyone can top it. With that being said, I really enjoyed my pedicure here. I walked in, was told to sign in and pick a color and was seated in a pedicure chair in about 5 minutes even though they were busy. I then only waited about 2 minutes for the technician to come by. She politely showed me the list of pedicures because this was my first time here. She did a wonderful job on my toenails and color and the pedicure was very enjoyable. She kept up polite conversation (most of the techs spoke English well) and I could see other technicians doing the same with their customers. The place is clean and cute and I saw them thouroghly clean the pedicure bowl (sink? 🤷🏼‍♀️) after the lady next to me was done. LOVE! We refer to 7 Sisters Nail Spa as our mini Caesar's Palace. We have our favorite manicurists as they are the best according to our needs, wants, and desires. Was next door at eat at thai and found out about this place.It looks really nice inside, I can only speak to their eyebrow waxing. $10 it's more expensive than other salons in town for eyebrow waxing. The waxing was mediocre, not that thorough. Ironically, it was the most comfortable experience I probably had because the lady didn't ask me awkward questions, you know what I mean if you frequent Vietnamese owned Nail salons. Read Less

Some of the people working here are really talented, but their attitude and professionalism are not as good. They are a bit snippy especially if you arrive an hour before closing. We weren't greeted with a "hello!" We were greeted with "what you need?" To which, my daughter replied, " a fill-in?" "You call?!!" "No, we didn't." "Sign in!!"Wow, really? This place is a hidden treasure It's beautiful inside . I called at 7, they said come on. My fill, cut down and galaxy chrome was done in And hour. The color selection is great as well. Not many places in this area carry the chrome , so I was ecstatic to find they could fix my nails and give me the color I wanted. When in the area I'll definitely come back. They were awesome . I love the color, but some of my nails are crooked, the price was a little steep and I had to ask for them to take off my old SNS. The customer service was so-so. They were nice at first, but then someone came in complaining and being pretty rude to the workers. I felt they took that out on the rest of the customers that came in, including me, which is difficult not to do. I understand the rude customer sets the tone for the day, but I really wish the experience was better. I will more than likely look for another nail salon. Read Less

I've been getting my nails done here regularly for over 2 years. I have acrylic tips (usually in a coffin shape) and I've been getting SNS for over a year. I love my nails every time. If I have to get them done somewhere else, I usually end up at LV Nails sooner rather than later to get them redone by them. Vi does a great job and Kelly is very lovely. Gave them 3 stars because they were the only place still open once I got off of work on NYE. Initially I was impressed by the decor - it was very pretty and modern. I was the only customer there and it took 3 people to do my nails. The tech that was working on me would just get up in the middle of the process, walk away and another would come sit down. They spoke in their language the whole entire time and as I was the only person in there I felt really awkward and out of place. They were not too nice and polite but they were not rude to me either. Please don't go here. I went a year ago. I really tried to not write a bad review but a year later i still can't believe how awful it was. Me, my mom, and my moms friend tried it out for pedicures. It was my first pedicure in years. They scraped so much around our nails that we couldn't put any pressure on them for a week after because they were so raw. My mother actually got an awful infection because of it. The ladies that did ours were just plain rude. Anytime we would try to start conversation with them they would barely say anything, roll their eyes, then keep talking to each other in their language. The whole thing was uncomfortable. LV Nail bar is my go to place when I get my nails done. Here's whyClean- facility is open and well lit. The foot baths have fresh liners. Courteous- they are very friendly and will try to do exactly what you ask to. Including not aggressively cutting the cuticles. And they will help fix stuff until you are satisfied. Love them. I came here on a whim basically. I was way overdue for a mani pedi and my regular place is rather far away so I decided to stay close to home. The atmosphere is very sleek modern and clean. Horrible experience! I refused to pay for my nails because they were so horribly done. A man there attempted to fix them but I left $40 later and very, very dissatisfied. My skin and nail bed all have paint on them and there are parts without color. The place needs new management. The towels and surfaces were nasty; tools were not sterile and stored in a kids' school pencil box. Come to think of it, I didn't even see a sterilization box anywhere. My manicures do not come with any lotion or massage work - nothing but color. I will never be back. Read Less

Do not go unless you like the customer service to be awful. I went in for a full acrylic set of coffin nails and the tech did an awful job. Then the tech asked for help from the coworkers, I told them I didn't like them and I was still charged full price. Given the advice that they'll grow into coffin nails when i come back. The next day one nail fell off and I was forced to return. The actual top of the acrylic nails isn't parallel either, it has bumps and grooves. Amateurs that are overpriced with awful customer service. I'm never going back to that place, only nice thing is the decor. I highly recommend you choose any place rather than it. I've been going here for about a year and Rosa has done a great job but she left. Against my gut, on Wednesday, I made an appointment for today at 12 with no one in particular for a fill and pedicure. I arrived at 12- took right back for pedicure. Explained that I was on my lunch and that's why I made an appointment. At 12:20, no one had touched my nails. Asked about it, was told it would be soon. Meanwhile several (one guy I know- tattooed guy) employees who can do SNS ...fill are walking around folding laundry, on phones etc. Finally at 12:35, one guy who is new there rushes around and comes over. He mistakes SNS after I told the girl who greeted me, for pink and whites. Preps incorrectly. We get started around 12:55 on SNS nails. To give credit, the new guy was very attentive and courteous and did his best to take care of me. The guy who was roaming around took a walk in SNS at 1:20 or so- why didn't he take care of me who had an appointment at about 12:20 when he was free???? I was finally done after 2 pm!!!Unfortunately I had noticed a lack of service for several months but Rosa was always great. I should have listened to my gut- yes the place looks great but the service is awful!!! First time in this salon today. The decor looks so clean and fresh. They have a million gel colors to choose from. Also have S&S and do designs. Got Rosa to do my toes and she was extremely polite and did a fabulous massage. Anthony did my nails and did a great job. I used to come here all the time about a year ago. Vi did my nails every time I came in. Although today, Vi was not there and I had to see someone else to just get simple gel polish on my fingers. I can honestly say that I probably could have been able to paint my nails better than this. I have polish all over the sides of my nails and there is bumps in the polish from where it wasn't filed and cleaned off well. She redone them twice and it still looked the same. The young girl started off with a nasty attitude after I told her I didn't want a manicure because I knew I didn't have the time. Very unacceptable service! Read Less

I had my nails for my wedding done here. I brought in my two bridesmaids, my mother, and my niece. We called ahead, but ended up being late due to flight delays, and they were still able to get us all in. They treated us all very well and even stayed after their posted closing time [by almost an HOUR] to finish my nails!!! When it came time to pay, I forgot that one of my party paid for my nails, and I let them charge me for it. As I was walking to my car, one of the employees ran out after me so I could get the over charge refunded! I would have never known, and they could have just kept the extra money. I had a break from school and decided to pamper myself. I wasn't sure where to go but decided to try LV Nails and I am so glad I did. It was one of the best manicures I have had. I still love my nail place in Midtown Atlanta a little more but this is a close second. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and very nicely. The inside of the nail salon was incredibly nice as well. It didn't feel like just any other nail salon as it felt a little more upscale. I told them I wanted a gel manicure and was told that I believe her name was Ann was ready for me. I walked to the back of the salon which was just a gel bar area. I didn't like that poor Ann had to stand instead of sitting down to give me the manicure but she did a great job. I picked a beautiful pink gel color and wanted sparkles on top of a couple of nails. She chose the sparkles and said she thought the one she chose would be good. I trusted her and she did not disappoint. The end product is great. I love my nails! The manicure itself also looks beautiful. She made sure that all of my nails were the same length and was almost OCD about making sure they were perfect. I really appreciated that because my nails coming in were awful from a terrible salon in Greenville, SC. They weren't even and my cuticles were crappy. She did a wonderful job fixing their mistakes. Travis and his sister do an awesome job making you feel comfortable and pampered. It is a real spa experience with exquisite decor, great tea or mimosas, so many great aromas, the best neck pillows and massage chairs. I got the Pearl pedicure, thanks to my wonderful sister, and it was the best ever. And the complimentary neck massages while you dry are a nice finishing touch. Had my first experience @ 7 Sisters today and …WoW! Have driven by here for months waiting for it to open (tho questioning the fact that there are 7 other nail salons on this street!!…) and I was not disappointed. I had the 'basic' pedicure to which I added embellishments. I believe Thuy was my technician and she was great, took her time and truly seemed to care about what she was doing. This salon is pricey, more than I would normally want to spend and over-the-top decorated... but I wanted to try it. I was impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness and organization of the salon as a whole, and esp the fact that they sterilize their instruments in a sterilization unit, in packets which they open in front of you. As I was waiting for nails to dry, I was pleasantly surprised by the fabulous neck-shoulder-upper back massage I received…was very glad I had the extra time today to relax and enjoy. They are running a special for the month of Sept and told me they are working on something for Oct. I will definitely come back here and recommend giving it a try!! Save yourself the aggravation! I have been to the LV Nails Bar three times. My first visit was OK. Do not expect any communication from Vi, the owner who did my nails. Vi did do a good job on my nails that first visit. Unfortunately the good service did not last. My second visit left me sitting for thirty minutes even though I had an appointment with Vi the owner. He took someone else at my appointment time. Finally I let a woman do my fill in. While I was there they had a nine year old girl running the cash register and running for different items. The poor girl looked miserable and her mother that was doing my nails made the excuse that she was just tired. I thought it odd that a nine year old was being forced to work.I tried again to get Vi on my third visit. He was ready for me upon arrival, but again spoke to me only once to ask what color polish I wanted. The third visit went alright until the next morning when the gel polish started peeling off of three nails. I noticed that Vi did not wipe the nails with alcohol before applying the gel polish and even touched them with his fingers to make sure they were dry after washing. I didn't question him because I though that he was the expert. So when I drove 20 min back to the shop the next day, Vi insinuated that it was my fault. He said that happens when you hit them on something. He never apologized for wasting my time, not to mention the gas it took for a 40 minute drive round trip.
