I haven't been in awhile but my oldest daughter loves when I can take her for a pedicure. I've only seen 2 people that I didn't care for. One was an older woman who said she was going to do a good job for me and didn't do a good job at all, and the other is a man (I think he pencils his eyebrows) he always had a mad look on his face, he likes to drill my real nails really thin, so thin that he burns my fingers. I used to come here all the time. Loved it. However tonight changed that. I asked for rounded nails. I was quickly told no. I said yes I want my nails rounded like they are now. She refused (I have square nails). Two of them had gunk in them which she blamed on me (what??). I asked her to re do them and she was very rude and said no. I said yes. I was then changed extra for gel removal (what??) I paid for a gel mani and you're charging me for removal?? They've never done that before or charged anyone else in my party for it. So I paid and left and manager slammed a brochure in my face. I will not be back but honestly, how rude! My nails are square and sticky with junk in them and rough to the touch. Not what I wanted or paid for. Here's a tip: if a customer is paying give them what THEY want. They don't care what you like they're using their money for their nails. I’ve been going to nail envy for over a year and it’s always been good experience. The guys are the best, Kevin and John are amazing. The prices and service are really great. Except the last time i went, about three weeks ago, the woman’s equipment wasn’t clean and it gave me a nail fungus ): I’m just saying, clean your stuff please, I’m sure other scin the past three weeks or so have probably gotten the fungus after using her equipment. The nail tech took her time massaging my feet & legs which is a major thing I look for in a pedicure. I got the $25 pedicure but the french tip polish I got was $5(?). No one informed me it would be extra since it's not extra anywhere else I've ever been. Since the polish was extra, I didn't tip since my tip was $5. I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 for the simple fact that I was unaware of the polish up charge and the fact that they do not have their prices on the wall or on display. Worst pedicure of my life. The guy doesn't even have a license. I've asked him several times. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I work my butt off to obtain my license so this is a slap in the face. He didn't even know how to run the water which is freezing cold and I've asked him several times to adjust it. Then he didn't even do a proper pedicure. Barely even exfoliated my feet or clipped and filed. He doesn't communicate. And when told it was a crappy pedicure before even getting close to finishing they laughed. Save money and don't go. to begin my experience at this salon i walked in at about 4:35 pm and signed in. i had decided beforehand that i wanted a gel manicure and pedicure, but if anyone knows me they know i change my mind more than the average person. so the manager ASKS me what i want and i tell him. keep in mind he does not look at the sign in sheet. i sit down at approximately 4:45 and the lady begins my manicure. she is not done manicuring my nails when i decided i want a full set INSTEAD of gel. she then proceeds to argue with me about how she thinks i shouldn't get that and it will ruin my nails and how i have very dry skin which is not even pertaining to the situation and also saying it will be too much money. i told her it doesn't matter how much money and she continues to argue until finally she gives in and then starts talking to the other workers about what is obviously the current situation. she begins doing my nails and is doing them VERY roughly mind me. i'm getting pretty upset and then she finally finishes the acrylic. i go and wash my hands and she gets the GEL out and at this point i'm so mad i just don't say anything. this is a very mediocre manicure and by the time she is painting my nails it is 5:50-6:00. i am fed up and ready to leave by the time she gets done. with SEVERAL cuts on my fingers bleeding i get up pay. they ask me once again if i want a pedicure and i say no i changed my mind. it was 6:30 and i had somewhere to be. the manager then takes goes out of his way while he is with another customer to get the sign in clip bored and show it to me and tell me if i wanted fake nails and no pedicure i should not have written it. i told him i didn't think it was a huge deal since he didn't even previously look at the clip board. i proceeded to pay. my total is $47. i will insert a picture of my nails, but my nails are NOT and the experience is NOT worth $47. do not go here. it's worth driving down the street one minute or every going to the one next to walmart. i have never had this bad of an experience. Awesome! We got here at 7:15 on a Friday night and they close at 7:30. The place was full, but we only waited about 5 minutes. They kindly took us back for pedicures and even made sure we could sit beside eachother. Several other people came in after us. My pedicure was great and not rushed at all. This is my all time favorite nail salon...they are always very nice and professional. My manicures and pedicures are without fail done properly and last a long time. Not sure about the negative reviews, since I have always had a positive experience and never have seen anyone unhappy there. I want to start off by saying that I travel twice a month for work from coast to coast and typically have to get my nails done in unfamiliar salons. I know that all nail salons can't be great but never had I ever had such a horrible manicure like the one I received at nail envy this morning. The nail tech. filed my nails until they were tender after I asked her not to because my nails are already thin. I opted for gel polish which I've been getting for the past few years, the quality of the polish was extremely poor. There aren't enough words to express the poor quality of service and materials used at this salon that charged me $28 for a below the standard manicure.Read Less

Horrible horrible experience! Will never go back they over charge for everything and try and be slick about it! Also got my eyebrows waxed and I had a gap in one and I asked the lady what happened and she told me it was my eyebrow... which was a lie. Watch out for the short guy up front he had lied as well.. my nails had gotten messed up and looked nothing like I wanted, I had showed them a picture of what I wanted and it looked completely different so I had called and the guy had told me I could come back and next time they would fix my nails for me well I had went back and he had tried to charge me for everything and lied and told me that he never said that!
