I go here all the time but yesterday I had a bad experience. I wrote down that I wanted a manicure and even said it to the nail tech when I sat down. She started to put a base coat on my nails after cutting them so I said once again that I wanted a manicure. From that point on she had a terrible attitude. She huffed and shock her head as if was my fault that she started painting and had to take it back off. She rushed through the manicure and barely even did it. I've had both bad and good experiences here. Unfortunately it's mostly been bad ones. Over priced, rude service (shocker), and inconsistent.  Starting to really get frustrated with nail salons in this area.First bad experience. Walked in to try and get a new full set of acrylics. Was told I had to soak off my old ones. They had me sitting with my hands "soaking" for 45 minutes with no apology about the wait when I finally had to say something about getting somewhere on time. Second; Pricing is never consistent and always over priced. The last time I went to get a pedi I was told it was a certain amount that I have never paid before. They dondisclose that they're charging you an additional 5$ to take off your nail polish before starting the pedicure. Read Less

I just loved this salon after tried different nail salons. Cheap prices!!! The staff here made sure I satisfied to the way their greeted. . She was very meticulous. Had done job very well to my toes. Relaxing MUSIC. When I leave out this spot, I am always happy. Love GUYS! Read Less

Came in on a Wednesday for a deluxe pedicure ($35). I signed in and was seated within a couple minutes. Their attention to detail is AMAZING. My pedicurist had a gentle touch; I wasn't flinching when she took the nippers out. With the deluxe pedicure, you get a scrub, massage, some foot mask, and the hot towels (my fave). My feet and legs feel amazing! Will definitely visit again! Read Less

My friend had some minor surgery but couldn't drive and she needed a manicure so I offered to take her and well, why not get one myself. My friend is a regular there and they knew her when she walked in and they greeted me like I was an old friend. We were immediate seated in spa chairs, oh yeah, we decided to go for the mani-pedis. And they were so nice. I really needed a pedicure bad. It was fantastic. I've had two foot surgeries in the past year so I told them they needed to be gentle with the foot massage. I had heard good reviews about this salon. My first visit was on Friday, April 3. It was very busy and there was a 40 minute wait, but I knew this would be the case since it was Good Friday. I was seated at a pedicure station where the pedicurist at the next station proceeded to run the water into the tub. It was scalding hot and when I told her, she changed it to cold. Hating to be difficult, also since she was not friendly at all, I didn't say anything and the hot and cold water mingled, making it only lukewarm. Finally, my pedicurist arrived. She was very young and had her phone in her pocket with earbuds around her neck. She began the pedicure. Immediately, while working on the cuticles, she "stabbed" the side of my big toe in the quick and it began to bleed. All she said was sorry and applied some liquid to try to stop the bleeding. I should have left then, but I didn't. The nails were not very long but did need trimming, which she did not do. So, they were uneven. I chose the pedicure which is the one above the basic. The pedicure was supposed to last 40 minutes, but I may as well have gotten the basic, since my pedicure was shorter than the 30 minutes. She polished the nails and, as she was putting on my sandals, she rubbed the polish off of a couple of toes and had to re-do it. Oh, and I failed to mention that throughout the pedicure, she kept getting text messages, so she would stop and read them. This must have happened 8 or 10 times. As if this wasn't bad enough, I got an eyebrow wax and she didn't even pluck the eyebrows which weren't removed by the wax. I didn't realize this until I got home and had to finish it myself. I also got a manicure, but I only wanted clear polish. So, she placed me at a manicure station and was clipping my nails when the manager sent her to do a pedicure and the "unfriendly" lady came to finish my nails. No personality whatsoever!!!!!! She filed my nails, but I had to redo them also since they were filed straight across and were uneven. I am glad I only got the clear polish, because with this type service, there is no telling how badly the manicure would have looked! I paid and should have complained, but I didn't. I am just saying my first experience with this salon was very disappointing. I will never go back. Possibly, I just had the two worst manicurists/pedicurists who work there. However, I do not want to chance this type service again. My toe has hurt since the incident and it will take it days to heal. In the meantime, I am in pain.
