I had an excellent pedicure here. We had multiple people work on us, but it didn't bother me. I assumed they each did the part they were best at. 3 different people did my pedicure by the end of it. The man who initated it did not wear gloves and he cut me twice -wouldnt stop bleeding through the whole pedicure and it was sore for 3 days afterwards. Would not recommend. Read Less

They're the nicest people, truly. They typically do a fine job. But there are never enough people there so there is always a line (I have come at various times on different days and this is always the case) and there is just no real reason a simple pedicure should take an hour and fifteen minutes. I also come here for eyebrow waxes and without warning, the person that does the waxing just won't be there. It's very frustrating to drive out of my way for a service they advertise to provide and then it not be available consistently. I don't think I'll be coming back here. Read Less

Terrible service. I received a 15 minute gel manicure that was rushed and I asked for a beige color and I received no color. I had even said to the nail tech that I didn't want clear and that I wanted strictly beige. My mother had asked for a deluxe pedicure and her pedicure lasted 10 minutes. We left before the people who had arrived before us. When we explained the issues we had, they stood there and did nothing. We will not be back! Read Less

Worst nail experience I've had. You are supposed to leave a salon feeling good about yourself, but it was the opposite for me. When I walked in, I asked how much a regular manicure would cost, and they told me $13. I ended up being charged $18, and I was never told why. I didn't even feel comfortable asking. They made me feel horrible by telling me that my nails looked terrible and thin after they removed the gel polish that I had on, and acted like they were angry that I wasn't getting gel put on this time (only because I'm not able to afford it.) I asked them not to clip my nails because I wanted them to keep growing longer, and she told me that it wouldn't matter because they would end up breaking anyway since I wasn't getting gel. I just left completely unsatisfied. My nails look awful, and I could have gone about 15 minutes down the road and gotten nice looking gel for the same price.
