My pedicure felt amazing!!! I’m from out of town and was looking for a random place to go. The first couple places there was no one there and they couldn’t do me and my daughter at the same time. I love the detailed work that was done on my feet. My daughter and i felt AMAZING.

The wait is extremely too long. There is only 3 technicians working with about 7 of us waiting. Some are getting pedicures and full sets, which increases the wait. When I finally got my nails done and my husband's manicure, it was worth the way. If you can stand the wait, this is the place to come.

If I could give 0 stars I would have given them 0. For one the nail tech spilled a bowl of hot water in my lap. Second when the bowl was moved to where it should have been placed originally I let her ...
If I could give 0 stars I would have given them 0. For one the nail tech spilled a bowl of hot water in my lap. Second when the bowl was moved to where it should have been placed originally I let her know that the water she's using is too hot and burning my hands. Was it changed after my complaint? No. Worst Nail Salon I've ever been to.

Good pedicures BUT they over charge. They tell you one price then when your nails are done they tell you a different price 😠The two nails techs are rude and the one time I went there, my nails looked NOTHING like I requested and the lady cut my finger with a nail file and caused me to bleed! No apology...no discount ...NOTHING! I will NEVER go there again and I'll be sure to let everyone I know that this is not a good nail salon. If you ask me, MAGIC NAILS on Jonesboro Rd is MUCH better.

Had to go visit Mrs. Chao during my visit and she is still being great as always. Taking her time providing great service, nails, brows all awesome if you choose this spot and ask for Chao. Walk Ins are welcomed and I am not sure how great everyone else are (I hear & have read they are Great also) if you want Chao call ahead. Got my nails polished and my daughters and my aunt has a pedicure. I'm not sure what's considered pricey but for me and the rates I pay in Houston- $17-pedicure and - $11 polish change removing shellac (gel as they refer to it) seems pretty reasonable to me.

The wait is extremely too long. There is only 3 technicians working with about 7 of us waiting. Some are getting pedicures and full sets, which increases the wait. When I finally got my nails done and my husband's manicure, it was worth the way. If you can stand the wait, this is the place to come.

Good pedicures BUT they over charge. They tell you one price then when your nails are done they tell you a different price 😠The two nails techs are rude and the one time I went there, my nails looked NOTHING like I requested and the lady cut my finger with a nail file and caused me to bleed! Had to go visit Mrs. Chao during my visit and she is still being great as always. Taking her time providing great service, nails, brows all awesome if you choose this spot and ask for Chao. Walk Ins are welcomed and I am not sure how great everyone else are (I hear & have read they are Great also) if you want Chao call ahead. Got my nails polished and my daughters and my aunt has a pedicure.
