Horrible experience. They were busy when I walked in. Not because there were a lot of people in there but because there weren’t enough of them. They barely worked on my feet. Looks like I painted my nails myself and didn’t get a pedicure. But the worse part was that I asked for a mani with SNS and she didn’t give me a manicure at all and played dumb. Told me next you come I will take of your cuticles. Seriously! That’s why I came in the first place. I was so angry when I left. I will NEVER go back there. I wish I could give less than one star, because it was that bad. Got a pedicure today and I specifically asked the guy to not touch my big toe with the cuticle cutters. He proceeds to cutting my cuticles on my big toe and again I said no. Before I know it he rips my whole cuticle off and my toe starts bleeding and does not stop the whole pedicure. He then goes for my toe again and I pull it away and he finally stops. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier but the word no is pretty universal. Literally the WORST pedicure that I have EVER had!!! I didn't even want to stay for the manicure or to get my eyebrows waxed because I was so disappointed. Took my 10 year old niece for a pedicure and our visits took the same amount of time...seriously?!?! I had to ask to have a second coat of polish applied and ask for them to scrub my heels. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I promise..you will be disappointed. They are lucky that they are in a shopping center or nobody would step foot in there. Read Less

Spent 2 hours here for him to put on the wrong sns color on one hand...30 more minutes to take it off...and you then leave looking like this...and they charged me $10 for what they think was getting a manicure...does this look like a manicure to you?! I've been coming here for about three years. I love how the ladies take their time to do a great job. I feel relaxed and pampered when I leave. I highly recommend getting a service that includes a little extra back/shoulder massage. I also like that the staff is consistent and always friendly. I haven't ever felt pressure to get services I didn't want like the "upsell" that I've gotten at other salons. Read Less

I am reviewing this based on the person I like best here and her name is Anna. She is meticulous about her work and my nails always look perfect when she does them. I have been getting the SNS Polish and I love it but I won't let anyone do my nails except her. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there have been times I have been in there almost 3 hours because they were so busy and so they would start on my nails and then leave me sitting there while they finished someone else or helped other customers. Just started going to this salon few months ago.  The service is wonderful.  Price is great. And I love the massage you get of your back neck and shouders. That is an amazing addition to the already great service. They use great quality product that last for weeks without chipping. They put a lot of coats of Polish on to keep it strong!  I sent my husband in Last week for a pedicure,  best he has ever had!  We are so glad we found this place. Read Less

Do not waste your time or money. I told the lady I was getting my nails done for my wedding and she was rushed the entire time. I went back the next day to see if someone could fix my fingers..... no such luck they hurt and look worse than before. I am so disappointed. I am out $40.00 and will have to pay someone again. Got my nails done last night and they look aweful. I asked the lady if she would fix my crooked nails, and I was told that is how my finger is which is completely ridiculous. On top of that there is nail polish ALL OVER my hands. This is for my wedding my nails need to look amazing not like i let a child do them. I started going to this salon at the beginning of the summer. I'll start by saying that the prices are super competitive compared to the other salons in the area ($20 full service pedicure..$23 French gel nails) plus they give student discounts. Second, every time I've gone here I've experienced top grade service, full attention and care, resulting in perfectly shaped and polished nails, even during some pretty packed business hours (which usually result in rushed service). Probably one of the most admirable aspects of this business to me would have to be the respect I have received while there. As younger customers, my friends and I are usually brushed aside or rushed at other salons, but that's never happened here. When we're being waited on, we are the only ones our technicians are working with, which means a lot to me, especially since I'm a paying (and tipping) customer. It's very disappointing to see that the only other reviews for this business are negative but I honestly believe those people, unfortunately, experienced the rare bad day and/or miscommunication. I had been going here for sometime. I was actually freighted by two men who came into the salon and had a  negative vib about them. I was the only customer still in the shop, there were three nail techs there.Something was going on with the tone of voices and body language. I told the manager I wanted to speak with the owner, she told me he only comes in on Sunday afternoon. I left my name and number, no call was returned by the owner. My daughter bought a gift certificate or her fathers for Father's Day .. They made her buy it without the 20% precedent savings , said they would discount it if he came in when sale was still running . . The next day he went in ( today ) and they took all of the $25 gift certificate and said they never gave her a discount... To add to that they said if she spend $50 they would give her a $10 discount .. Well between her toes / with design and certificate  was over $50 with no discount.. Yes they cheated her, just a scam on a young girl. ,. The old owners would of not done that.. I will not be back and encourage the rest of faithly customer to look how the place is being ran..
