I did used to like this place. Now I don’t! The lady who did my toes, I’ve never had her before, was so ROUGH I couldn’t even enjoy myself. Then, instead of her telling me at the beginning the man isn’t here who can take my nails off from the beginning, she waits until she finishes my toes, then tells me I have to wait 15-20 minutes for him to get here!!! They do not keep appointments. I made an appointment a week ago, I come in there is 4 employees, 9 people there. They then ask me at my appointment time if I can wait 10 mins (we all know that means 20). This is ridiculous. I also called to ask for the earliest appt they had the next day (thinking I could use my gift card and there wouldn't be a delay) and was told they didn't want my business. I would also like to add the first time I went, I brought my baby in (she is special needs and only a year old) and they 'shhhhh'ed" her the whole time I was getting a pedicure. Decided to try this place over all of the hype and good reviews. However, I didn't have such a good experience. I wasn't greeted and waited for 2 hours to get my gel color change. The lady doing my nails was rude. A week later, my gel polish is changing color and it appears grey and dirty. I spent about 3 hours of my time at this salon. Won't be coming back here! Read Less

I have came here twice and I have received horrible customer service. When I walk in they didn't greet me at all. This is the second time I have came in and received the same treatment. The first time I waited for 30 minutes before I left and they still didn't acknowledge I walked in. They only spoke to their regulars. Today I tried them again I have been here over an hour waiting and they still haven't starting on my services. But they started on someone else who came in after me without an appointment. I was treated with the utmost disrespect that I believe was based solely on the color of my  skin. I was told to wait for a pedicure while technicians assisted other clients who did not have appointments and came in after me.  As I walked out the door one of the nail techs said "Sorry"  not "how may I help you" or "is there anything we can do" and not even an attempt to explain.  The message was bold and blatant, "we don't want your business" They will no longer have it. The first time I came to this place I had a good experience. I was in and out and my nails looked amazing, however this second time was horrible. I went in on a Saturday knowing that there might be a wait because it's the weekend. I was not greeted when I walked in the door I was starred at for a few minutes. Other (colorless) patrons walked in and they were greeted with a smile and hello. I tried to think nothing of it but being 2/4 blacks in the establishment with over 15 people in there was already enough. The next young lady walked in and I watched the same young man that I swore did a great job frown his face up and roll his eyes as no one greeted her. I then knew there was a issue. I proceeded to get the young mans attention who did my nails and told him I wanted him....all I wanted was an ok and I'll be with you as soon as possible..but no he told me it's a very long wait I said ok...and he said it's too many people...I never asked the length of the wait, if that was my concern I would have asked that before waiting 10 min to be addressed by a nail tech. Ok... Let me begin with I am an absolute nail snob!! I LOVE mani/pedi's & get them religiously. I prefer the high end luxury spa mani/pedi experience. The person I've been using the last 10 years stopped doing nails & I am on the hunt for a new place/person. It has been weeks since my last mani/ pedi so I had to get my nails done & walked in this spot. Kevin did my gel mani & did a pretty good job. I like his attention to detail. He also listened to what I wanted regarding shape etc. However, he rushed toward the end as more people entered the salon. I get he has to help the other customers but don't short change me in the process. Tina did my pedi... she worked REALLY fast. At first it bothered me because I felt like she was rushing & she was. However, then I realized it's the nature of the strip mall mani/pedi shop. Oh... her foot massage was AWESOME!! The end result was pretty good. I will go back. Read Less

This is the best nail salon in Fayette county! Very clean, and my gel manicure lasts for weeks. Friendly staff and brand new massage chairs too. I always have a great experience here, although the wait can be lengthy depending on when you visit. Read Less

This is by far my favorite nail salon in town. All of the ladies and gentlemen working there are extremely friendly and do beautiful work! This place is so clean and spotless. All their tools are sterilized and clean. The employees here are always so nice and respectful. I love their pedicures. I've been too countless pedicures and this one out does them by far.  They don't offer free sodas like the nail salon in peachtree but hey maybe I'm just spoiled. it's a short drive from Peachtree City. been here at least a dozen times. Kevin does my nails and does a wonderful job. i always get a pedicure too, and the ladies do a great job as well. i would highly recommend getting the Deluxe Pedicure. prices are very reasonable for all the work they put in. i haven't been disappointed, i always feel pretty when i leave! This place only has 2 technicians that are any good. Lynn and her pedicure partner....I was there a few weeks ago and Lynn was not available. So, the middle aged tech with shoulder length hair volunteered to do my nails. I was hesitant because I had her before and hated it, but I decided to give her another chance. Needless to say, this woman clearly had somewhere else to be because she rushed through it, it was sloppy as hell, and once she finished she ran out the door. Meanwhile, the "little" girl doing my pedi did not know how to cut ingrown cuticles, but kept trying nonetheless. She left me in excruciating pain. She also burned my legs with the river rocks and giggled about it when I screamed. I dismissed her after that and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and finish. The service here is horrible. I was in town visiting my parents for Christmas and had my nails done at a spa in Houston (where I'm from) and they butchered my nails. They were square on one side, round on the other....cuticles weren't completely clipped, nails not completely painted on the sides.....they chipped after 3 days, and mind you they were shellac and should AT LEAST last a week.Fast forward to today, I went in with my mom who normally sees Kevin, and he was busy so I saw Trina. I live in Arizona as a full time student and love my nail place there, but I come back to Georgia every once in a while to visit my family. I keep up with my acrylic/gel nail set and had to find a place here. Luckily the first place I tried, Nail Spa, was excellent!!! I drive all the way from EAV to this salon every two weeks to get my nails done!  Yes, it's worth the drive and it's just twice a month.  I considered giving them four stars because I once waited almost an hour to get my nails done after I had already had my toes done because they took several people with appointments ahead of me (no appointment.)  But if you think about it, if I had an appointment I'd expect them to take me at my appointment time so I really can't be mad.I easily pass 100 nail salons on my route to this one and over the past 15 years or longer of getting my nails "done" I've probably used just as many shops and I can honestly say that this shop is the best I've used ever! Lynn gives me EXCELLENT service and makes my mom and I very HAPPY I wish she worked at another salon that I wouldn't have to go through you to make an appointment because every time my mom and I come in you and your wife give us major attitude for what reason I don't know because we are always nice and I noticed you treat other RACES differently and very nice to them and give them no problems when I asked you to make an appointment for 3 different days you said NO don't have well can I walk in NO so why have walk in appointments then. I came to this place right after work on a Monday because I wanted to get the acrylic overlay off my nails and I wanted a regular manicure. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and sat down almost immediately. The nail tech seemed friendly and started working on taking off the acrylic. At first it seemed as if she did not know what to do with my nails and as she tried to CHIP OFF the acrylic overlay, I suggested a soak off. As she worked on my nails it seemed as if she was getting aggravated because the acrylic was not easy to get off. I felt as if she rushed to get them off. At other places they simply let my nails soak for a good 15-20 mins before they try to remove a layer. After somewhat successfully removing the acrylic off my nails she then applied 3 sloppy layer of nail polish. I could have done a better job at home with my non-dominant hand! The edges were not smooth and she left polish around my cuticle! I left very unhappy with the service she gave me. It was a mediocre manicure from a place that has a decent rating. I will try to return and have someone else do my nails because this place does have some decent reviews and I think it deserves another chance. I have had pedicures at 5-star fancy spas that weren't as nice! The staff is friendly. They really take their time and do a good job. The hot stone massage was so relaxing!
