I got my nails done at this location on Friday. It's been 4 days and I've had to revisit TWICE to get my GEL paint and GEL nails fixed. It's literally peeling off like paint it's crazy this is is the WORST experience I've had with nails. They half fixed my nails each time and now my nails are peeling again. This would be my THIRD revisit in less than a week on a 50+ nail job that just can't be executed correctly. They didn't even offer any type of refund or offer to do anything for me being inconvenienced all those times. Won't be revisiting. Read Less

They are not friendly at all.. appears to be clean.. what is clean when you are not friendly.. actually i was in the area with my BFF.. I only had a color change..... My nail salon is on Cascade Road ive been with them for 16yrs and they are like my family , they knows my entire family and I know there family.. Horrible place! I genuinely don't understand how they are still open. I gave them few chances, but I am done now... First of all, they always lie about the wait times - no matter if you set up an appointment, or just walked in: they will put you in one of the chairs, so their waiting area looks empty, but no one starts working on your nails for another hour! Second of all, they change prices as they go, constantly adding on services you either did not ask for or specifically verified the services provided are included in the final price. I had a terrible experience! I called the place at the time they open to set up an appointment for gel nail polish manicure and regular pedicure for later that day. I told the owner that it is very important for me to be out of there by 2:30pm because I had a very important family event to attend. They set up my appointment for 1pm, I got there at 12:45pm, hoping that they will take me earlier. They made we wait over 40 mins after the appointment time (so 1:40pm) before seating me. I asked if we could do both procedures simultaneously, to which they replied "yes" - but than the person, who was supposed to do my manicure never came, as we were finishing with my pedicure, and I myself took of my nail polish to save time - manicurist showed up. She put a layer of gel nail polish on my nails, and left to do other things (take payments and answer the phone). At 2:30pm she came back, did another layer - and got up again... at 2:50pm I was almost crying, my nails were not done, I was late for the event... I asked if I can come back in couple of hours after meeting my family, the owner said "no", but I had to go. She actually said "come back on Sunday - when we are not open" - I don't know why in addition to being so rude and unprofessional, she also had to be so mean... I waited 20 minutes to do my eyebrows, when I asked for razor instead of wax I was told "I only do wax". I said "I will have a reaction to wax." I have had my eyebrows done here before with no problem. She then says to me "then don't do it okay". Poor customer service needs a understatement. Read Less

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They made we wait over an hour before seating me. After seating me I had to wait at least another 20 minutes. Then when the tech was supposed to be removing my gel polish she kept getting up between each nail to go do other things. And the wait between each nail was so long that after about 4 times I started scraping the gel off my nails myself. Finally, I left without getting my manicure. They should have just told me they were too busy for me instead of letting me waste an hour and a half there. I could have just gone somewhere else. And no apologies from them either. Read Less

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I waited over an hour for service which was fine with me because it was Christmas Eve, but then after I was seated in the chair I was made to wait another 20 minutes which was still OK but not so great. Then the tech removing the gel polish from my nails did one nail and then got up to wait on someone else. Came back later, scraped another nail and then waited on someone else. Came back a while later, scraped another nail and then left me for a while to do someone else's eyebrows and address phone calls. They should have just told me they didn't have time for me so I would not have wasted an hour and a half there--I could have just gone somewhere else. This place is amazing!  I have tried so many other places in town and have found this one to be the best.  Good variety on pedicures, which you don't find much in this area.  Also they have a huge variety of nail polishes as well.I have no been let down at all.  This will be my go to pedicure location.
