I used to go here for 2 years, moreso because Henry does nails really well. I decided to stop going because every other time that I go the price is different and I get the same services every time. When I first came here I was impressed customer service is good but pricing is another question. I’m getting a SNS fill-in and a pedicure. This my 2nd time getting a pedicure with gel polish. First time was fine I got gel polish put on. 3 wks later I’m back for another pedicure & was told it would be $3 to remove the gel polish they put on!!! It’s not about the $3, but more so the greed! They do good work but if you don't have an appt be prepared to wait at least an hour or more. I came in early on a Saturday and after waiting over an hour with people still ahead of me I just left. They don't tell you how long the wait is, they told one lady 15 min for a fill in and I'd already been waiting over an hour. They need more technicians that can do acrylic on their busy days. SNS is great to use on your natural nails. The process of removing old polish to dipping your finger into the color powder of your choice, typically takes 2hrs or less. The staff is nice and professional. This technique is less harsh chemically, helps your nails grow, and lasts just as long as gel polish or powder. I do wish the soaking process of removing the old polish was not as long. Still worth it with many colors to choose from! Read Less

I recently visited this nail shop for a pedicure and was extremely disappointed!!  So much so I felt the need to write a review....Dont make the mistake of giving them your business.  I went for a simple pedicure that never happened.  You see I sat there an hour and a half waiting...my technician put nail polish remover on my toes to remove my gel and never came back.  Never apologized or explained, so I got up and left....will not pay to be mistreated!!  Don't think they will be in business long with these customer service practices!! Was visiting my parents for Christmas and decided to give this place a try since they are close. Called ahead of time and they agreed to take me at 12 noon. When I got there they were busy but promptly got to me because I called ahead. Everyone was professional and working hard but efficiently to get all clients done. Chelsey did my pedicure. Beautiful selection of colors and she got my toes in tip top shape like it was mid summer and not in the 30's outside. Jenny removed and did a new SNS manicure. Omg, she knocked it out the park!! I wanted French manicure style but with silver instead of white. Told me the price difference ahead of time so I was informed and not surprised at check out time. Cuticles look great, nails beautifully shaped and compliments galore have been popping up everywhere. Everyone was so sweet and checked to see if I needed anything throughout my visit. Pedicure was $20 and take off old set and full new French manicure SNS was $42. Which is very reasonable and one par with other salons nearby. I've come here 3 different times and have paid the same price for gel manicures every time. The 4th time there is suddenly a $2 charge for taking the polish off from the previous time, yet I was not charged before. One of the ladies catches a slight attitude in explaining the charge to me, as though it is a hassle for her to do so. The other woman politely explains that maybe the previous times, they forgot to charge me the extra $2. My issue is that when prices already aren't displayed in the salon, these charges come out the blue. Of course it is uncomfortable to get those things removed but he not only took out the nail, he removed some skin, gashed it and caused it to bleed. I asked for my nails to be coffin shaped and they came out extremely round. When I told the manager I was not pleased she responded by saying it's because of your nail is short. So it is a full staff salon. Lack Customer Service big time. I've notice they water down color. During prom season the over charge a girl 100.00 for a full set and a gel color. After she fussed they took the fee down. They apply a color that didn't change (mood) when ask to change my color they got an attitude and started talking in their native language. Today was my 2nd pedicure here.  The lady spent more time talking to her coworker than doing my pedicure. She rushed through it and scratched the back of my ankle with the pumice stone.   On top of this,  the set of gel nails I had put on in May for my daughter's wedding caused a fungus on my nail!   I noticed it after I soaked them off myself. This place gave me the worse mani and the most lousy pedi I've ever had.  The lady I had didn't do any thing that resembles a manicure. I've been here a couple of times and was really impressed. They did a thorough job and was courteous. I returned and did not experience the same. During my pedicure and manicure, I was cut four times. The conversation the technician chose was inappropriate and unprofessional. The polish application wasn't as good as it was previously, so it  started to chip three days later.I contacted the nail salon and was told the manager is out of the country until June.Be selective and careful of the technicians. What a great place to come to for a pedicure. Very clean and nice venue. Large polish selection with comfortable seats. Great massage and pedicures. I would've given them five stars but they only offered the white for the French tip polish. Other than that, great place to shop! Read Less
