Today was my first day here, after trying several different places in Fayetteville! I left so pleased. I had Laura, and she was AMAZING! She did my SNS manicure and my pedicure and both were delightful. She is very detailed and won’t let you leave looking like a fool. I was extremely impressed by the time she took during my pedicure. This is TMI, but the nails in both of my big toes tend tend to grow into my nail which is uncomfortable and causes a lot of dry thick cuticles to build in the junction between my toenail and my skin. She took her time and cleaned them out completely and even went in and cut the part of the nail out that was puncturing my skin. The best pasty is that it was painless! She knows what she’s doing! She couldn’t understand why I was so happy and I explained to her that my toes literally feel better because they’re not sore where my nail is puncturing my skin. I told her everywhere else I’ve been has done my pedicure so fast, they did not care for my toes like she did. Needless to say, I’ll be going back to see Laura regularly! :))

Just awful. The chairs are awful. I sat with my feet in water for 40 minutes with no explanations, no apologies, no attention whatsoever. If you are not ready to give me a pedicure, don't put me in the water! It was for my birthday too, so thanks for that.

I came in, waited ages while people who arrived after were worked on first. Finally, I get my nails done. 8 out of 10 nails were all crooked, uneven and poorly done. When I came back to ask then to redo it and fix their awful nails, the man approached me and told me the nails we were not crooked (they were very crooked) and that it was just my finger and my nail was naturally too short. This was rude and wrong and he argued with me when we asked him why he wouldn’t take responsibility for his horrible nail job and he said it was just my fingers. So we left and went to Nail Fever that did a much better job. Absolutely amazing place. Go there instead of BB Nails.

The absolute best nail salon yet!! I live 1 minute away from here and I tried them out one day. Haven't been to another nail salon since!!! Very clean nail salon, friendly staff and most of all they do a great job with my nails. Laura is my favorite💗. Highly recommend if you want to be in and out no long waiting and A+++ service!! Great salon with very nice technicians. There are a couple of techs that do and outstanding job. Not a big salon with a lot of workers so I can be busy at times but they can tell you exactly when to come back or fit you in. I'll continue getting my nails done there.

I'm satisfied with the service. Some things could be improved on. I went in with my girlfriend. We both wanted full spa pedicures, i needed a fill-in, and she wanted a full set. I had to sit in the spa chair with no water...until her entire pedicure was finished. That was not okay but I let it go because there was an interesting show on the television. My nails were perfection...however Laura didn't cut them down as low as I asked and she didn't apply enough of the clear on my left middle finger so it was fading 3 days later. Regardless, this is the best place that I've found near my home. Will be going again. :D

I was here yesterday for the first time. I've worried why the salon was empty. The nail techs were nice and took their time on my pedi/mani. My cuticles were not cut evenly and the gel nail polish isn't even. There are a lot of imperfections when looked at closely. Instead of waiting until my nails were finished and ready to polish. She placed the gel nail dryer on my lap while she polished my nails. It seem odd. The male tech worked on my feet nicely until the woman tech painted my toes. I was left sitting under the feet dryer, until another tech told me I should be ready. All around was ok, will not be returning. I need a better experience than this.

I'm never coming back here again...They were so rude! The staff needs to learn how to talk right to their customers. Normally nail shops are busy on Saturdays now I know why this nail shop wasn't. My first and last time coming here! When I entered their shop they did not say welcome, she just asked me what kind of service I want and to pick my color. I gotten a pedicure from a rude nail tech. I informed her that the water was too hot and she was rough. No apology or thanked me for going there. I should of gotten her name.

Excellent customer service. We happened to walk in at 7:30pm and Kim was more then happy to take us. She even called someone to come in at that time to do my sister in laws nails. I felt bad that they had to stay open an hour after closing but they seemed to be just fine with it ! Kim does an excellent job as she pays attention to details. For $28.00 for mani/pedi it's great. Wish I lived in the area... I would surely come back. Ask for Kim ! :)

Today was my first day here, after trying several different places in Fayetteville! I left so pleased. I had Laura, and she was AMAZING! She did my SNS manicure and my pedicure and both were delightful. She is very detailed and won’t let you leave looking like a fool. I was extremely impressed by the time she took during my pedicure. This is TMI, but the nails in both of my big toes tend tend to grow into my nail which is uncomfortable and causes a lot of dry thick cuticles to build in the junction between my toenail and my skin. Excellent customer service. We happened to walk in at 7:30pm and Kim was more then happy to take us. She even called someone to come in at that time to do my sister in laws nails. I felt bad that they had to stay open an hour after closing but they seemed to be just fine with it ! Kim does an excellent job as she pays attention to details. For $28.00 for mani/pedi it's great. Wish I lived in the area... I would surely come back. Ask for Kim ! :)
