I wanted a simple pedicure since it's sandal season and I am attending a wedding tomorrow. I've used this place before with good results, but today was terrible. The technician pretty much took the nail off one of my baby toes, and it hurts a lot. Generally sloppy work, too. I stated that I was not happy with the work when they rang me up, they offered to "fix" it (not sure how you can reattach my toenail, and I didn't have time to have anything redone), and I was still charged full price. First time there and I had to go back in after seeing my nails in the light of day. Terrible manicure! Coats are not even so you can see different layers on each nail. When I told them they looked terrible all he did was paint another layer on top of the uneven layers underneath. I asked them to start over but he just waved it away. I went here based on a recommendation from a friend. I had been driving over 30 min to my former nail salon and being a nurse with kids just didn't have the time to continue that. This is 10 minutes for me.This place is amazing! I was very impressed. The Staff is friendly and take time with each individual to get it perfect!!!! It was busy on a Friday night, despite that, the best full set with gel and manicure I have EVER had, I walked right in, I was greeted and my nails done immediatley. I wish I could rate Ana Nails less than one star. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that the service I requested would take no longer than a half hour. I walked in and my name was not on their appointment log. I was again assured that a french tip SNS manicure would certainly take less than an hour. After sitting for an hour and a half, my nails looked horrible. When I pointed this out the man doing my nails stated that they did not have the right color for the pink portion and that I could come back and get half off the next time. I asked for a thin white line and they were Very thick and crooked. The top coat was not smooth and the area by my cuticle was extended passed my nail and already lifting. As the technician knew there was an issue and that the coloring was way off I felt that he should have explained that the service I requested could not be done or have offered a discount for services he knew were insufficient. I paid the full amount (which I immediately regreted) and walked out frustrated and feeling that I was taken advantage of. I had a date that night and felt that I had to hide the horrible manicure that I had no time to correct. Such an unfortunate incident that could have been avoided. Read Less

Always great service.  Helpful tip- make an appointment!  They are busy because there are a lot of regulars and if you want to aleviate your wait time, call ahead.  I have been going to Ana for over a year now after having less-than-noteworthy experiences at other Fayetteville nail salons.  But, if you have your eyebrows waxed, be careful!  They like to take off way too much. Standard nail salon experience.  I walked in around midday on a Saturday and waited about 10-15 minutes for a manicure.  The manicure was only $10 and the manicurist took her time and did a good job.  Good selection of nail polishes - a lot of OPI and China Glaze.  The salon looked clean.  The manicurist brought over what appeared to be an unopened set of tools to use on my hands, but the nail clippers came from a drawer in her desk, which was a little unsettling, since I couldn't tell whether they had been sanitized since their past use.They accept credit card for $10 or over.  The place was bustling on a Saturday afternoon, so this place must have quite a few regulars.  Pedi runs $20 and an eyebrow wax runs $7.I wouldn't mind going back here again, but there was nothing that really distinguished it from your run-of-the-mill salon.
