My nails came out perfect!!! Only after telling the nail tech multiple times to "take that off, make them even, and to cut them properly", I was there 2 hours "not including drying time" for a basic matte pink!. Eventually the other nail tech got butt hurt because I didn't like how my nails was looking and became rude and told me "If you don't like you can leave". Also once my "service" was completed, what initially was told to be $30 ($25 full set, $5 for matte coat) magically turned into $55 (I never paid that much anywhere for a basic color "No gel", basic length, and no designs). I could've started a debate, but I was so ready to leave that horrible place!!. I hope they enjoyed that little bit of money, because I will not be going there EVER again. Read Less

Definitely don’t go here if you need your gel removed. They soak your hands in a bowl of acetone rather than using the foils. Then, they use the buffer machine over and over until it all comes off. Acetone bowl, buffer, repeat - this process makes your nails paper thin. When she finally did scrape a little, she used a cuticle cutter instead of a scraper. I usually only go when its no where else to go or for last minute occasions, but this last time was just as horrible as my previous experiences. I went in for a normal fill and pedicure, which seems simple. I did get regular polish but the way it dried had streaks on two nails. Without a fuss I left got home and the next morning my acrylic came off my thumb nail. When I returned to have it fixed the lady told me that I had to wait 30-45 mins to have ONE nail fixed. Even the owner stated "We have a lot of people just wait". I had my daughter with me on a Saturday afternoon. So it defeated the purpose of me coming on Friday morning to have my nails done originally. So as the the lady is doing my nail she states your nails are old and you need a new set. Had she stated it the day prior when i originally came in I would've gotten a completely new set but SHE PROCEEDED WITH THE FILL. She rushed through the repair and only did to coats, my thumb nail looks nothing like the others. smh. Just rude. On top of my pedicure, my feet are usually softer whenever I leave from my other nail tech, but now they are rough. No scrub No anything. By far the worse place. This is not my first incident with this place, and the only thing I can say nicely is they have a plethora of color to choose from. You get what you pay for. I will not return. I asked for a manicure (natural nails) and a pedicure. The quality of polish is horrible. When it was time to do my nails he went straight to doing the SNS polish. I asked about the manicure and he said he does it after the polish is on....WHAT? So basically I didnt get a manicure because you cant get to the cuticle when the polish is there. Needles to say polish is all over my nail beds and fingers. Very uneven. Again, I will never return. I have been here a few times and can honestly say that I had one really good experience. The other times were either just tolerable or annoying. I kept giving it another chance because it is convenient but I think the quality and service as well as cleanliness is just getting worse. The worst nail salon i've ever been to. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to let customers that has never been know that they're customer service is HORRIBLE!! They're very expensive for no reason. Not once have I ever paid 35 dollars for a gel FILL IN!! The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because they do really nice eyebrows. Just recently moved back to Georgia and decided to go to the nail salon with my best friend to get my nails done (she normally comes here). From the moment I walked in the man at #4 was extremely rude to me barking orders to pick a color and sit down. I still sat down and gave him a chance. The first 15 minutes was fine, I was watching him file and apply my SNS powder. Then all of a sudden, he begins yelling at me, and telling me not to look at him do my nails or he won't be able to continue. I have never in my life seen a nail techincian become intimidated from a client watching them do the work they have been educated to do. He was very rude and was grabbing my hands and fingers. I don't think I've ever had such an uncomfortable position when trying to pamper myself. He would have gotten a tip, if he wasn't such a dick. It's such a shame, he did a decent job. I had my first visit to Lace on Saturday. I heard nice things about it and since I had the day off and my nails looked dreadful I gave them a try. I'm a hairdresser and can appreciate the stress of a busy Saturday but what occurred during my service was something I've never experienced. My manicurist was in the midst of a meltdown and couldn't contain her anger towards another worker. I felt bad for her because it seemed she just couldn't move on. About half way thru and afte...r voicing her dismay at the equipment she was using she got up and left. And never came back. I was sitting there wondering what the heck just happened. The owner/manager came to the table and finished the work. No apology, no explanation nothing! I was totally chill about it But this was so unprofessional and super uncomfortable. For everyone! Clients and staff. If this were my salon I'm not sure she'd still have a job. Those of us in the service industry know how important it is to put on our game face and give the best work we can. I will never go back in here. They are rude and unprofessional. I got S&S services here and accidentally hit my finger. I came back to see if someone could fix my broken nail and the guy (rudest) said everyone is busy and to come back in an hour. Mind you most of them were chillin. I should have been back anyway bc the guy who did my nails the first time sliced both my pinky fingers with the file bc he used the wrong one and still charged me the same price. Do not go on Sundays! I was told the wait time would be 15 minutes.  I was seated right away and it was 1hr before they got around to doing my pedicure.  I guess they thought having me put my feet in the water would make me think I was being serviced! Of course, I didn't keep my feet in the water for a hour. All in all I spent 1hr 45 minutes at the nail salon!!! DO NOT GO HERE! They don't sanitize their tools. I watched the nail tech finish some ones pedicure then come straight to me. When I asked how they sanitize their tools, she said she'd wash them later. No sir, not on my feet. Sounds like an infection waiting to happen. Read Less

Officially done with this place. I've gone multiple times thinking the service would improve but it hasn't. There's only one lady who does eyebrows and she is rarely available. Today, I decide to get my nails done, simply because the shop is near my house. And the woman doing my nails stopped every few minutes to talk to her friend and then check her phone. I will never go back there again. I am so upset. I got there an hour before they close, no one greeted me when I walked in than once I sat down I was told they were closed. ( they lost $$$ not me). This salon has less than skilled technicians that does not know how to shape a basic square nail uniformly! I had two pedicures there and each time I had to return to have them re done because they piled on coats of polish and after sitting there for at least a half hour to dry....they still smudged! Went to get my nails done on December 22nd and this teen did my nails, which was the same one that did them before. I was probally stupid for letting this boy do them again since he made my fingers bleed the last time. Anyways, the nails did not even last a week. My nails started to chip at the corners!!! I went in to see if they would let me get my nails done over, but they told me no. The lady and manager said they they would only not charge me $5.00 to take them off!
