Don’t go here!!! I asked for a pedicure and a manicure with gel. Two people worked on me at the same time...made me turn off the massage chair, had me hold the outdated gel dryer in my lap, and then when I accidentally dozed off, she nudged my arm as if to say that I shouldn’t be relaxing. To top it off, she used so much gel polish that it started to ripple. She told me to make sure my fingers were flat in the dryer (they were) but she refused to fix the two nails that had ripples. If i could give a zero i would.  First of all, i asked for coffin shape after showing a photo and he failed to mention that with my nail bed the shape wasnt possible. He messed them up and i told him 3 times i wasnt happy but he kept on doing them. Then he gets the color on and i tell him again they arent shaped right and i dont like them.  So he gets mad and tells me he cant do that shape with my nail bed and i ask for another shape and he tells me he cant do any other shape nor can anyone else in the store. He then goes to get the stuff to soak my nails and brings his manager. We tell her everything and she says he is right not us when he told him numerous times the shape was wrong. Then she offers to do my nails and goes off and starts someomes pedicure. Recently left another nail salon shop to get my nails only painted. Now I am a regular. I love to go to "Spike." He's cool and does my nails. I only get the S & S and gel nail. He is polite and does a great job. I also love how long my pedicures stay on too. I pretty much go to anyone to do that, haven't found a favorite. This place stays crowded. I give it two stars because the person that was suppose to attend me told me to go to number five because I wanted gel polish and then a few minutes later he's sleeping and another girl Sat down eating Cheetos and watching videos on the iPad. I've been coming to this place for a year. Last Saturday I came for my routine gel nail fill and gel pedicure. 3 days later my nail cracks and breaks off. I was not able to come right in to get it fixed due to long work hours. I came in today to get it fixed and the nail tech Mary questioned why I didn't come in sooner and that she told me my gel on nail was old. She basically called me a liar and was lying to my face about why nail cracked. I work in a professional corporate industry where my nails need to stay looking presentable. After today I won't be back due to mistreatment. I've been a faithful customer for a year, tipped really well and never had issues with my nails. I was apprehensive at first because of the low reviews, but took a chance anyway. I got a fill-in with Sam and he did AMAZING!! It's very difficult to find someone who can do a good stiletto nail. This place is great. I've been coming for years for mani pedi and also a few gel manicures. I agree that who you get helps; I generally prefer the guys. Always spring for the salt scrub. $5 more gets you nearly 10 additional minutes of calf massage. A couple years back there was an issue with cleanliness but that has been corrected. A jewel in the Fairburn area!I did once have a terrible experience with eyebrow waxing, so avoid if you don't have full brows and a prominent arch. Read Less
