Clean and nice salon. Worst pedicure ever. My nails looked good at the end, but the reason I go in for pedicures is for the whole experience. I paid extra for one of the best spa packages, but what I got was a standard quick $20 pedicure...def not the $50 one I paid for.  Barely got a massage and he forgot the foot massage on one leg. My first visit to this location, I was invited by a friend, but a majority of the staff came from another location that I frequented. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff greeted me upon entry and my friend and I were seated immediately. I was wearing a dress and one of the associates brought me a towel to cover my legs, which is so thoughtful! I was offered a bottle of water or a can of soda. Jimmy completed my manicure and pedicure and did a excellent job. He was very kind throughout the entire visit. And he's very meticulous! I came for a pedicure before Christmas with family.  We walked in and were immediately seated.  The guy who gave me my pedicure was super sweet and did a great job with the paint except... he ripped my toenails up.  He essentially cut the top of my toenail in a V at a sharp angle and ripped down along the side of my toe against the cuticle. It bled and I subsequently got an infection.  Luckily the infection responded well to amoxicillin so the pain went away but not the swelling. I visited the podiatrist to see what was going on and she confirmed that I did not previously have an ingrown toenail but the guy left a shard of nail under my skin when he ripped on my toenail. It subsequently had to be surgically removed which was less than pleasant. I've had countless pedicures and never has someone ripped my toenail like that. Never. I don't know what he was doing but it wasn't right and it wound up hurting me. I didn't report this when I was there and I don't intend on contacting management to have them pay for my doctor bills. I have been going to Wendy's Nails for over a month. I have had nothing, but wonderful experiences every time I have gone. The man who does my pedicure his name is Matthew.  He is the best at his job! I was so relaxed I fell asleep today. Lol. Then I get my manicure done. I've allowed 2 different women to fix my acrylic nails, both were done to my liking. I highly recommend Wendy's Nail's. Read Less

Back in Augusta for the summer (Yay for being an educator!) and decided to stop by Wendy's Nails since it's near where I am staying. I haven't been here since the previous owners and I must say, I liked it then...I love it now! Very kind and generous staff, clean salon and great organization.
