Do not let your teen girls go here alone. They will take full financial advantage of them. My daughters went before Thanksgiving. 1 pedicure with simple polish and no design. 2 manicures with design on one finger and tips for the other. I called to find out prices and the prices they gave me on the phone totalled about $110. They charged my daughters $187! I called to question why the price was so high. They asked me to send them pictures and I did. I have contacted th...em again. they are ignoring my questions and concerns. They took full advantage of teenage girls who didn't know any better. They were with another parent so I did not let them go completely without an adult there. She just did not know what they ended up being charged. Don't let them use the cheese grater, I paid for a more expensive pedicure wanting a great massage and ended up using most of my time to try and stop bleeding from my toe. I noticed right away it was a Very clean place. The guy that did my hands and feet was great! Just wanted me calves rubbed, wasn't looking to chit chat. He was friendly but not overly talkative like some places. He offered me a drink a couple times and made sure heat wasn't too much. I was picky with my nails but he was super accommodating. We had an amazing experience at Posh Nail Bar & Spar. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and alot of fun. Very clean and relaxing environment. The services offered were excellent. Went in as a walk-in and was told that we should come back in an hour, which we did. When we got there they put my daughter and I in a chair and forgot about us. We sat there for 20 minutes and finally got up and left without anyone saying one word to us. This will be a place I will definitely NOT go back to. Read Less

Got a Manny mani done.  Guys trust and believe you can be confident, dressed sharped to the nines, but if you are going to a formal event and your hands are rough and unkept..big faux pas.  I have been here a few times, and noticed a customer being a bit snobbish here or there and recently read past review to the sort of bad service, so I will temper my review with a cultural perspective.  I usually have a good experience when getting a manicure minus a small cuticle not cut here or there, but it is not a deal breaker.  I have a nice conversation with the aesthetician and leave with nice groomed nails.  Everyone is friendly, but very engaged in providing their client with a tailored experience.  Sometimes you can get your nails done, by one person and another person might scrub your feet.  It all depends on skill set  and customer flow so I can see how someone can consider this rude.  I find the customer service I receive amazing every time I come here even though the aestheticians deal with a variety of people and personalities.  For instance the clients that might have felt slighted by perceived rudeness.  I say to them, try and change the filter you see through and maybe ask yourself are you being understood clearly.  I laugh because sometimes customers make unnecessary remarks to a nail tech not realizing the majority of the techs might not speak English, but understand very well.  Also, if you know even a couple of greetings in Vietnamese, it opens a whole other avenue of conversation and common interests.Pros- Ease of service, water-temp adjustment (at your request)  Cons-Nail Shop smell(wish they had a stronger ventilation system) Read Less

I recently moved to the area and this was the place that EVERYONE recommended. So I decided to try it out. There was no wait when I got there. They started my pedicure immediately and did my manicure simultaneously. I asked for the deluxe pedicure, I figure for more money it would be longer then the standard pedicure. I pretty much paid extra for the sugar scrub. The pedicure was quick and the massage was one of the worst I ever had. The gentleman ripped both of his gloves while rubbing my legs because he was doing it so hard and fast. When the gloves broke he said, "must be a good massage." I wasn't sure if he remembered I got the deluxe because it was so quick. I moved to the manicure area, it was nice already having most of my manicure done. They just had to do the gel. The lady kept getting up because a bridal party walked in- which it appeared they had no idea they were coming. At one point there were about 9 customers waiting and 4 people working. Needless to say my gel manicure was not great. I was fine with how everything came out. They were busy and I understand that. It's been almost 10 years since I had my nails done...so I searched Yelp and FB for days beginning I decided to try this location. When I arrived there were several people waiting but the atmosphere was pleasant and I didn't have to wait long. The nail tech Katie was amazing and patient, she answered allot my questions (like I said its been 10 years since I've had my nails professionally done). I love how my nails turned out! I gave them 2 because she did a good job on my toes, I went to tip toes because a friend  loves this place. They were not friendly at all I walked in they didn't say a word I think the whole time they said maybe 10 words to me it wasn't that they were busy I was the only person getting worked on. We showed the lady a picture of what we wanted. The end result was FAR from the photo. It was a simple acrylic nail job and it turned out looking like a bulbous mess. The young boy who did my pedicure was horrible. He didn't take his time. I had to keep telling him about each cuticle. Then he pinched my skin. I picked a polish but he said it didn't have much in it so he picked another similar to it. I told him that the polish was too thick. He tried to fix it but it didn't work and the polish was thick on my toes. I left and no sooner had I got to a restaurant to eat with the flops still on, the paint chips off my big & middle toe. Although the staff is nice and the salon is clean, they do not know how to properly remove gel polish. Instead of using foil they had me soak my hands in remover and then the technician impatiently scraped my nail beds. It was too painful to let her finish so I soon left. Read Less

Much more money for a mani/pedi than what I'm used to compared to when I lived in Atlanta. It was an okay experience. The water wasn't hot enough for me but it got the job done. A teenaged boy did my mani/pedi and he did a really good job. He was sure to ask me if he was hurting me or not. He wasn't shy...I like to talk to my nail technicians if they are able to hold a bit of conversation with me. Outside of the price it was a good experience. Not sure if I'll go back though... TERRIBLE.  I have no idea what these other people are talking about.  EVERY.SINGLE.PERSON who works there was on their phone the entire time.  the guy that did my pedicure didnt do the type of pedicure i asked for, and when i questioned him he gave me an attitude.  i will never ever ever go back and i advise anyone looking to go here to think twice.  terrible. Came here off the reviews and I had a great experience! I was seen right away for my pedicure on a sat at 11. It was clean from my observation and the little girls chair with tv is too cute! I will be bringing my 3 year old to try that out! Def will be coming back. Read Less

This was my first time going here.  Tip Toe is probably my new go to nail salon.  The salon is the cleanest of this type of salons I have seen,  The prices are also cheaper than I have been paying!  Basic spa pedi & mani = $30.  Regular mani = $10.  Very good service.  The girls did a very good job and I am very happy.  When I go next time and try them on their eye brow waxes, I might come back and give one more star!p.s. you can write the tip in on the receipt when paying with CC here.  def. a plus! Do not go to the place! They are horrible, unfriendly, and mean. They cut my feet and my feet hurt for several weeks. My friend at work went also because they were open on Sunday and they cut a huge place on her heal and then had the nerve to mention not to forget to leave a tip!
