I’m only giving two stars for effort this is my second time coming here. The first time I didn’t like the shape of my nails but they did a good job on my REGULAR pedicure. This time the shape of my nails was perfect but my pinky nail was cut into with a manual nail file not the electric one, plus he didn’t bother to use cuticle oil or anything. Besides my hands my feet look busted 😂. The man literally didn’t even put any effort into scrubbing SOME of the dead skin off my heel. I’m starting to think he wasn’t licensed because I didn’t see any individual licenses behind the workers. I also felt some type of way about the price. When I can here the first time I paid a total of $45 for a fill in and pedicure; I got the EXACT SAME THING this time and it was $55 so I was confused as to why is was more but wasn’t provided a reason why. Love A Perfect 10 - usually go to the Rushmore Crossing location so I can also go to Target :) I live in Belle Fourche and would rather drive an hour here than go 10 minutes to one of the places in Spearfish - the girls are always so nice and do a great job! I always make an appointment to get my nails done if I know I'm going to be in Sioux Falls or Rapid City. Extremely friendly staff, very professional. The atmosphere is everything, the perfect place to go and relax and really treat yourself. My nails always leave looking amazing, and they always last at least two weeks. I went to the Rushmore Crossing location and had a wonderful experience! Brooke waxed my eyebrows and was awesome. She really took her time and made sure I was happy with the way they looked. This is the first time I haven't had swollen or extremely irritated skin after a wax. I'll definitely be back! After my eyebrows I had a 30 minute massage with Ashley. She was great!! It was so relaxing and she made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling rejuvenated and truly appreciated by the staff for my business. I look forward to by next visit! Read Less

I had my nails done at the Catron location today and staff were nice, but seemed inexperienced. The girl who did my nails had dirt under her nails, which kind of grossed me out as she used her nails to clean the polish around the sides of my nails. Also, most of my fingers around my cuticles are now red, puffy, and very sore. The skin is even broken in one spot. Also, I got French tips and I know it had to be difficult to do due to my nails being so short, but I feel like... they could look a bit cleaner. I'm also noticing that the gel polish does not cover up the tip of my nails as I can see them coming out from under the polish. I hate leaving bad reviews, because regardless my nails do look better now than they did when I went it as they're pretty brittle, but given how sore my fingers are I felt this needed to be addressed as I do not feel like the service received was worth the money spent. Hopefully some more practice will be helpful. Update: The manager at the salon that I went to last week contacted me to set up a time to fix my nails. I went in today and she was so kind, understanding and gentle. She did such a wonderful job fixing my nails and I am very happy with how they turned out. I also noticed that this was a good learning opportunity for the staff who initially did my nails so that she can for sure grow from it. I had one of the worst pedicures ever at the location on Omaha St. The girl acted like she had never painted nails in her life. The other girl that was working on my sister's pedicure even tried to help her but it was beyond help and I didn't have time for them to completely redo it. Tried the Remington Pointe location last month. Teah was wonderful at talking me through the tools and processes, listened to my nail concerns, and did a beautiful job on my nails! I signed up for the membership and just finished my 3rd appointment and have never been happier with how my nails look and how strong/long they have gotten. I have been a client at Remington Pointe beginning the week the salon opened. My preference is two gel manicures plus one pedicure during a 4 to 5 week period. Coty recommends nail colors at my request as she knows I've always liked my nails looking sleek and shiny. The new payment plan works to my disadvantage so I pay more than previously. Perhaps you forgot your long term clients when formulating the new plan. Please do something about this disadvantage. Read Less

If I could give the Rushmore Crossing location 10 stars I would!!! I have been going there every 2 weeks on the dot for the past 2, 2 1/2 years. I always go to Kyra for my nails and she ROCKS. I get the Best compliments almost daily on my nails. She is so talented and makes me feel good about myself! I go to Ashley for my massages, I have the membership. I literally can not wait every month to go in for total relaxation! She is the BEST massage therapist I've ever been to. On top of that the girls there make me feel like family!! They all know me, and I know all of them! Celeste, Morgan, Dani, Alicia , I look forward to seeing them every time! They are all the reason I keep going back! I had an appointment for slick pour booked about a month out. It would have been my 3rd slick pour appointment. At the time of booking, removal was included in the service...per phone conversations with the salon as well as my second slick pour experience. I arrived to my appointment today only to be told the booking process had changed and I wouldn't be able to receive my service. I understand that the booking process changed, but then people who had pre-booked the service should have been notified. I would have removed my slick pour prior to arriving at my appointment time or upgraded to the new slick pour plus removal service. I had scheduled so far out because I wanted my nails done for an event and I'm now left with very grown out slick pour and no options to get them done for the event. Read Less

My nails are cut uneven, they are antisocial I asked the man nicely to shape my nails evenly because he put some acrylic paste on my skin and he didn't do it and my nails look crooked. The lady who painted my nails did them like a 5 year old and when she was done she left. Read Less

I tried this nail salon for the first and last time today. Worst mani/pedi of my life. They managed to get my entire mani/pedi done in 30-45 minutes when all others I have gotten took 2 hours. The polish is done horribly. I could have done better myself and that's a statement. Don't waste your money going to this salon! Go somewhere else. I will be next time. Read Less

I am SO happy that my friend Stacey took me to her favorite salon!This place was amazing. They have great prices, along with quality service. Whenever I get French manicures, I have a specific design that I always have done on my ring finger and they recreated it with ease.They were also VERY kind and accommodating - especially since our group was full of military wives and the mothers of young children. There was even a sitting area - with two couches - that allowed for us to socialize when we were waiting for the others to finish.I would highly recommend this salon - just remember to tell them to include your tip when you pay - because there's no space on the receipt to write it in... and with the work they do here - they DEFINITELY deserve a tip.^_^ THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!I truly plan on making this my new salon in the area :)p.s. - They also have those awesome massaging chairs for when you get your pedicures done, take care of your usual acrylics and gels - and also offer airbrushing and other nail designs... along with eyebrow waxing and eyelash extensions :) It's pretty chill.
