Warning: bad service, poor jobs, and black flies everywhere! I was highly disappointed in the service of this nail salon. First of all, I had a group of four which I called a hour ahead about before coming into the salon. I asked when would be a good time and if they could accommodate us. The lady on the phone said to come in at 11:20. We did. I didn’t get serviced until noon and I was the first to go. They were completely under staffed. So, two hours to get four people basic pedicures when we came in for more. Secondly, this was probably the worst pedicure I ever had. I had to ask the male nail tech to actually scrub and remove dead skin, he still didn’t get it all. You can’t even tell I got it “professionally” done. It looks butchered. Finally, this place is filled with black flies! Absolutely disgusting! Needless to say that we did not stay for manicures and I will never be back to this horrible place. Read Less

Not a good experience! The hygiene of this salon is unbelievable! I am in town visiting the area and have not been to a salon here. When I was sat down the towels they used had nail clippings of other people and they used previously used tools on me! Also they were not wearing gloves and didn't have liners on the foot baths. As for actual service, my manicure was below average. As I said the man who did my nails didn't wear gloves and had infected, pointy nails that he used to push back my cuticles. I decided not to say anything and just sit there. But this is inexcusable, and I am disgusted! Overall this salon has extremely poor hygiene and does a below average job on your nails. I would not recommend this to anyone!! Why go through all this for your nails, I would rather just paint them by myself. Read Less

This place was horrible. My friends and I left in disgust. When we were about to leave we saw a cockroach crawl across the floor and the worker tried to kill it with another customers shoe. We also witnessed these men and women put back the used tools into their bag and sealed the bag shut as if it was brand new. Who knows if they actually clean their tools!! Very poor experience. I went there out of town with my sister while visiting her. I went in for a pedicure. Just after we were seated, I was asked if I'd like some water. This surprise me, and I graciously said yes, please. It began normally with time to soak, but come time for the brief massage part, the lady rubbed vegetable oil, or something similar in smell and color, into my skin. This didn't have the moisturizing effect they were hoping for. It just left my legs greasy. After the polish had been applied (and I had never received the offered water), I asked for a design to be added to my big toe nails. I knew this would cost extra, but I like the extra flair. I said it could be whatever she liked, as I wasn't picky and liked seeing individual artistry. She said she couldn't/didn't know how. She didn't sub out, or even ask anyone else. She basically told me no to an added design. This was frustrating, along with my dropped hopes/surprise of the offered water. Also there was a boy whom I believe was a worker's son, around 9 years old that was overly curious, picking up my car keys from the chair side table for examination. I love this place.  Everytime I'm in town (we visit family here and are from the Charlotte, NC area) I make a point to get my nails done.  They give the best leg, arm,  and neck massages of any salon I've ever been to - and I've been to hundreds.  The Customer Service is exceptional, they remember their clientele and do a fantastic job on whatever service is your preference.  Personally, I can comment on the manicures (both gel and regular) pedicures, tanning, and eyebrow wax.This place beats many high-end salons as far as service, and then when you factor in the price you can't go wrong.
