Customer service 1star /To each's own when It comes to luxury services. But let me tell you, these people are ghetto Asians. They don't greet everyone that comes to the door, only certain people that look like money. I saw two people walk out because of the service that was given. My experience was weird as hell. I guess they are use to being cussed out due to the location so they are very defensive about anything. Ricky initially started doing my nails while I was trying to relax in the massage chair and get my feet done. He kept pulling my hand aggressively and just being very inconsiderate of the fact that Im getting a freaking massage!! Then he asked me to turn down my massage level so my hand stop shaking so he can get his job done lmao like wth is that about !! And then his demeanor is very agitated and uncomfortable (Which is such a pet peeve of mine) He also sucks at filing, maybe because he has no muscles power. So you know my nails was looking lumpy and uneven (before pics). And then when I asked him to fix It he had the audacity to hand me the nail file. Yea customer service at its finest! And then there was drama !! Ricky wanted to cut my nails off because I was commenting to my friend how much I hate them ! The owner ended up finishing the job the best she could and I was actually very pleased with them when I left. The BEST part was the lady who did my pedicure! She was so sweet and caring I tipped her of course and only her. Even with all the Asian talk going on she was making sure I was ok and told me to sit in a more comfortable chair. I can't even remember her name. But she's an older lady with a short cut! Super cute. Oh and they have a very intensive pedicure package which is the beat I've ever seen. Scrubs, masks, and more! Won’t ever go back again. It’s seems like no one there knows how to do nails. I’ve asked the last who sits at station 8 to fix my nails twice because the acrylic wasn’t covering my whole nail and she caught an attitude because she didn’t know how to do nails. Read Less

This place is horrible I've been here 3x and everytime I went the staff had an extremely bad attitude they don't greet guest they handle you roughly they rush through your full set pedicure or whatever one time the lady cut my finger and argued with me that it was my fault I came back for a fill in/pedicure it was $40 the next time I came it was $50 they do a half job in my opinion the only reason I returned is because it's 7min from my house but I've had it with this place they even suck at doing nails I needed a fill in 5days later I've been going to nail luv on metropolitan pkwy now and they are so much better and treat customers with respectful Read Less

I don't know if my tech was having a bad day but she seemed aggravated and tried to cut a lot of corners when doing my nails. I had to ask for normal things like filing off excess gel that had clumped up underneath my nail. She only gave me one coat of Polish and rushed through it so fast that she missed a few spots. She didn't offer to help take my things over to the drying station so I wouldn't mess up my nails. I came to Luxury Nail and Spa for a pedicure and a full set with gel polish. They did a great job with my nails, with this nail salon you have to be mindful of who you let do your nails. Their nail tech skills are good. Read Less
