Just left the worst nail experience I’ve ever encountered the customer was terrible I ask the nail tech vikki if u need a full set and she was upset to assist so she advised that I I need to do was cut my nail down and do a fill needless to say the fill in looked like crapped bc debris and the conditions of my nail needed to be complete redone and I ask if I needed to hav manicure done to get rid of all the debris and she said no it probably not going to come off just come back later for a full set it nothing I can do now I was pissed bc she wasted a hr of my time to tell me what u asked her for at the start of my service and the owner told me that that my problem that I need to sort out with her the lady that did my my feet cut the entire side of my left door leaving me sore for days everyone in this shop is an amateur and the turnover is so high you can never Et the same nail tech on a return visit no one stays cause the he mgmt andservice isthw worst Read Less

However, I have yet to find a great pedi person...have tried 4 different people, each visit I have chosen one of the deluxe options, yet each time felt rushed & certainly were not relaxing due to the constant chatter between the staff. Do not go here. Please don't waste your money. You are only paying for the nice scenery. The nail technicians are below average. I left with SNS polish all over my hands that the lady would not properly remove. In addition, my hands are in pain because the lady was too rough with my hands. The staff has bad attitudes. They have lost the great customer service they had when the open. I got my feet done and it was a rush job. Then for my nail, they did not listen to me when I came in. I wanted to soak off my nails and get a new liquid gel set. I told the nail Tech Tammy, that I am very picky about my nails and need them done right. She chose not to do them. I would like to say I moved back to Ga 3 years ago..I tried several nail shops in different areas and found myself going back to my old shop in Alabama 3hours away. I don't write review simply because I don ever think it's that serious. But this place is TRASH! I don't mind paying extra for my nails especially if the quality is good. But after fixing my nails the first time which was visibly unacceptable and I speak to the manager who was asked if I wanted them fixed again, the nail tech Susan says "I'm not fixing them again, just give her $5 off." Excuse me? What does that mean? I then told him to charge me full price, and that my service was unacceptable for anyone to receive. I asked for SNS and got rough, ugly shaped rushed nails. There is supposed to be a glossy finish to them instead there are dull streaks in my nails in addition to lumps and the clear coat not being applied to the ENTIRE NAIL!  LUSH NAIL BAR ON CAMP CREEK SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! ****Bad Review Alert****Do not go to Lush Nail Bar in Camp Creek Marketplace. I received a mani/pedi from them a little over a week ago. Smh... this isn't the worst part of it, my pedi actually looked like this the DAY AFTER my pedi, but I MADE them repaint them. It's apparent that they put nail polish removed or thinner in their polish. The actual mani/pedi was shoddy, cuticles were visible and ragged on both hands and toes within days. The location is very mice and that is what you are paying for. Was there to my brows and nails done; hubby got a mani & pedi. Tech cut his feet several times. When I went to get my brows done, tech applied wax to top and bottom on both sides and pulled with a cloth (she was rushing). The. Said done. I looked in the mirror and she was not. So I pointed out the hairs under my arch and she razored them (with an attitude), said done and walked out. So, I sat there. She walked back in and I pointed out the same hairs and asked her to get them (at this point I already paid and they never give refunds ever, so i was trying to get what I paid for). The location is nice, clean, and the water was nice and warm--that's all I have in the way of compliments. I walked in and said I wanted a manicure with gel polish and a pedicure with regular polish. I was seated with no wait time. The young lady came over to start my nails, began shaping them, and then I notice she was putting a base coat of polish on my nails. I wasn't really paying attention to her as I was focused on the other women doing my feet. When I noticed the younger lady putting on the base coat I said I wanted a manicure and not just polish. She said, "it too late." I said oh ok then. The older lady cut very deep into the side of my toenail to the point of causing pain. The paint job on my toenails looks like a child painted them and on top of that I was charged $25 just for gel polish in the ABSENCE of a manicure!!!!! I was floored and won't be returning. The location is very nice and it is very nice and cute on the inside but the employees are bullies! They demand you get the most expensive thing! I watched this lady tell a customer that she doesn't do " basic pedicures" she only does " deluxe" which is 15-20 more.. and on top of that the same lady tried to make me get different color designs on each hand and when I told her I wanted the same designs she said " I don't like it when it's the same" as if she was the one she was trying to satisfy with MY NAILS!! This spot was nice and big but It's super busy. This was my first time here. It was packed with customers. It's a new nail spot in the Camp Creek Market Place ( next to Chipotle) so I guess everyone is trying to see what the hype is all about. I got the basic mani/pedi ($32). They give you water,soda,and wine if you request it. The lady that did my mani/pedi was nice but I felt she rushed it. It seem like they was trying to get you in and out. Not really personable. Lush Nail Bar is fairly new to the area.  I've been three times now and things seem okay.  It's new, so it's beautiful on the inside.  It is very spacious and well lit.  I have gotten gel manicures and my eyebrows done.  The manicures are standard.  Nothing outstanding, but not bad either; although my hand/arm massage could have lasted a bit longer than it did.  I really liked the job that was done on my eyebrows. When I've gone, it has always been very busy.  Basically, you sign in with your name, the service you want, and the time you arrived.  I've never had to wait a very long amount of time.  They seemed to be organized here and that's a good thing. I noticed that they have sodas in a small refrigerator and some customers with wine.  I'm not sure if you have to request a drink or what.  Maybe you need to spend a certain amount before you are offered a beverage.  Well, I was thirsty when I left.  The prices here are comparable to other shops in the area for the services I get.  Last time I noticed that they do false eyelashes as well as the other typical services.  I see no reason not to go back here.  I like the nice setting and the quick service. I should have gone with my gut.  After reading the reviews for this place I still decided to give them a shot.  Why?  I was going on vacation the next day and wasn't going to have time to do my own mani/pedi(which I normally do).  I went on my lunch break.  Very nice decor but typical Vietnamese/Asian nail salon.  Kim did my pedicure and did a good job BUT my polish has already chipped (5 days later).  Unacceptable.  I don't understand how my polish will last weeks when I do it myself and not even a week when done professionally.  I will never go back here and I suggest you find somewhere else to go. This looks really nice with new, clean & modern equipment (i.e. spa chairs). However, besides the slick appearance, it's not really any better service-wise than any of the other salons in the area.It's way too over-priced for the services they provide. They charge $36 for an SNS manicure vs. the $25 LV Nails charges up the street.  They do serve wine, but it's cheap & they literally give you a serving so small, it's not even worth it.  Another bad gimmick to try and get you to pay their exorbitant prices! The serving given to me was gone in 3 sips if that helps give you an idea of their serving size.The staff is friendly & courteous but I'm not paying those kinds of prices for just average service.Lastly... here's a pic of my SNS from just 6 days ago that is already chipping.  Hence, I'm back at my regular salon to get it fixed. This evening (12/21/16) at the spur of the moment I decided to go get my nails done. This nail shop is very new to the area and I had been dying to try them out. Needless to say, I'm slightly disappointed in both customer service and the quality of the work that was done on my nails. When entering the salon I spoke with the really nice guy at the counter about what I wanted done to my nails and then I was immediately sat down in a chair. My nail tech wasn't the greatest. She was very sweet but very unprofessional. She often stopped in the middle of doing my nails to answer personal phone calls and would walk away to have small talk with other workers in the salon. She was overly goofy and often laughed extremely loud and she was quite obnoxious in my opinion. She hardly paid attention to what she was doing. Don't get me wrong, I like a person to be upbeat and fun but she was careless which brings me to my next point; Her work was sloppy. Very sloppy. She rushed through doing my nails instead of taking her time to do it correctly. Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad salon, I'll be back and just go with another nail tech who would better serve me because I saw the work of several other nail techs that were done very well. The place is beautifully decorated, but thats where the praise stops. I went in showed the girl a picture of the nail shape I wanted (which was a elongated round tip) and she said okay that will be $5 extra. I said okay, but the time it was time for me to wash my hands she had given be a coffin shape and I asked her, "hey are you going to make them round, this doesn't look like the picture I showed you." So i showed her the picture again. Long story short she seemed irritated and a piss poor job of reshaping my nails. Then came time to pay. She said $33. I said how much is a full set. She said $23. I said okay well that only comes up to $28, where are you getting $33 from. She kept saying something about because of the length, but my nails are not long. I felt like she was mad she had to reshape my nails because she was not paying attention and upcharged me for it, because she only mentioned $5 for the shape at the beginning. This beautiful nail bar opened five weeks ago.I was welcomed by a very nice gentlemen behind the counter.  I was immediately seated and allowed ample time to select my color.Service received - gel mani and regular pedi Customer service - Great!  One of the young ladies also offered a choice of beverage ( Sosa or water)I was in and out within an hour...PerfectThe only disappointment was that darn paper between between my toes.  This is a pet peeve of mine.I will more than likely return. Needed a back up nail tech to my normal one so I decided to give this place a chance seeing as though I pass the Camp Creek area everyday. I am really picky about who does my nails so to say that I am more than pleased with my nails is an understatement! I get the SNS and Lee was my nail tech! He was really nice and he took his time and made sure I was happy with what he was doing. They even offer you a drink (wink)! Another plus! The salon is very clean and modern looking. I am new to the area and I was looking desperately for a decent nail salon. All the nail salons near me have awful reviews. I discovered this place by driving by and I decided to give it a chance. I was very pleased with my experience. This place is gorgeous, super clean, and very welcoming. I was greeted right when I walked in and seated with a technician relatively quickly for a walk in.
