I give this place two stars because they are very good at getting you in and out . That can mean good/bad or both . My friend and I went on a nail date . My nails and toes were done before my friends full set was done and we sat down at the same time . The lady put very little glue on my friends nails and my friend insisted she put more but the lady who was doing her nails stated they are fine . In fact they were not because a week later one nail pops off then later after that another pops off. Sucks right ? Now on to my nails . I have gel on my toes and nails . Why is my polish on my nails chipping ???? On my toes I have one toe that has no polish . Why is this ???? I spent $63 which is not much but I feel as though it was wasted . The nail service and customer service is deteriorating. Sloppy and rushed nails. If I can't half way pay, why would they be allowed to halfway do nails and get upset about it being brought to their attention? Out of ALL of the people who do pedicures there, only TWO do the job well, only ONE of those two do a job worth tipping for, and that would be Helen. Helen is the ONLY reason I still go into this place. When she's not there, I won't go. Everyone will give you a different price for the same service when it comes to manicures and/or fill ins, and most won't even clean up the nails in the process. Contrary to popular belief, lashes don't go on with nail glue, yet the ladies flock to get it done, and many refuse to fix their mistakes even if you haven't left the shop yet. They will raise all kinds of you know what if you ask for a refund, all of a sudden they want to fix things. They also lie about their products, there's no such thing as "gel powder", yet if you get gel polish, they charge for gel nails. Then the owner has the nerve to come on here to mention "you could be taking money away from a single mother"... How about making sure your customers are taken care of instead of making an attempt to make your PAYING customers feel bad for commenting on sub par service. STAY AWAY! Read Less

I told the nail lady to do one thing and she turned around and did what she wanted, now my bill was way higher than the prices they have listed and she looked at me like she didn't understand English! I have been getting my brows and lashes done here for several years and I have been very happy.  They do take their time to get you right.  Lucky and Kay are probably the best brow stylist around and you can not beat the prices.  The staff could be friendlier sometimes and the wait can be long but to get a good brow and lash job both for under $20 you can't say no to that. I wouldn't recommend this place for a relaxing spa day but it gets the job done when you're in a hurry. They have a lot more employees now than they did in the past. Though I haven't trusted them with my nails in years, I go here religiously to have Kay do my eyebrows. I've been going to her for about 10 years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else in ATL with my eyebrows! You also can't beat the price of $7. I have been to many nail shops but this one is the pits and it starts with the employees. I don't know what it is but if you don't like dealing with people especially the people that live in the neighborhood of your business then maybe you should think about some things.I walked in the door. I was impressed with the size of this place. It is huge and expansive. Usually nail shops are tight and small. However that's where my good thoughts end. There was a man at the desk with another customer so since she was taking so long I sat down in one of the chairs at the door. After he was finished he never looked my way but I know he knew I was there. I sat there for the longest and finally I got up and told him I was waiting for a friend. He took my name and I sat back down.My friend finally arrived and he immediately sat us in two pedi chairs side by side. I put my feet in the bowl and sat down. The nail tech came up to the bowl and motioned for me to take my feet out in a not so nice way while she was talking to her co-worker gesturing towards me. That ticked me off but I kept it cute.She put the liner in a bowl and started the water. My feet were in plain water. I have never EVER had a pedicure where they don't put anything in the water to soak your feet. NEVER!!! She then proceeded to give me a pedicure. She automatically told me it would be $2 to remove Gel Nail polish off my toes. Huh? You guys don't soak it off you just use an electric sander for two seconds to get it off. Anyway her demeanor was horrible. She then half assed scrub and scraped my feet and quite frankly I was over it. Not a good experience at all and within a week all of my toes had either chipped polish or polish gone off the entire toe. Never had that happen before. 3 fingers cut up to get a $7 discount. Holes and streaks in the finished polish and the pedicure polish is poorly done. My toenail was not even filed into a straight line. I'm almost 100% certain there are not all licensed nail techs working in this place. The absolute poorest work I have ever allowed myself to walk out with. I just wanted it to be over. It was Sunday and I just didn't have the luxury of time to go anywhere else but I'm most certainly not letting them touch me again. I am completely disgusted. The gentleman who cut my fingers did not even apologize. one finger was deep enough that I bled instantly and he did not throw this tool away. A few days after getting my nails done here two of them fell off. When I called and explained to them what had happen they refused to fix them. The next day I called to speak with the owner and was told that I couldn't speak with anyone. And they still refused to fix my nails. This is bad business. I just left this shop I normally let them do my toes and eyebrows. Never my nails but tonight I decided to try them out. I HATE MY NAILS THEY ARE THE UGLIEST NAILS I EVER HAD. This is the worst nail salon! I came here on 11/15 and got a gel polish as well as my friend and both of our polish started chipping the next day! I'm back to try to get it fixed before my flight and she's the only person that can fix it, and no one else will help! Your gel polish will come off the next day don't come here!! Read Less

This is without a doubt the WORST nail salon experience I have EVER had in my life. It came pretty highly recommended, so I was shocked at what I saw and experienced. I don't have super-high standards...just that I get what I pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Sure, they were busy, but that doesn't excuse the following:-A woman next to me had to leave and get food because her wait was so long.-An elderly woman in the pedi chair next to me was sitting there for 20+ minutes with no water running, yelling that she also needed some water to drink, and everyone was ignoring her.-My manicurist was removing my gel manicure like she was trying to saw through a log - she SERIOUSLY damaged my nails with a rough file! (See photos.) Despite hacking into my nail in some places, she totally failed to remove the gel manicure in others. -After damaging my nails, she didn't even bother to clean them thoroughly, or file them to a uniform shape, or remove all dry cuticle skin. -I asked for a buffed finish, and she didn't buff off all of the remaining old gel manicure; she also didn't buff out the DEEP scratches she left in my nails.-My pedicure looks awful (see photos). There's polish on my skin, but she didn't bother to paint the entire surface of my nail. But that's not the worst of it. When I tried to explain to her that I was unhappy, she couldn't understand what I want saying, and just kept telling me that my nails would be better in a month. I get gel polish applied and removed regularly, and I'm not stupid - lady, we BOTH know you rushed through and botched this job. The worst part: when I tried to talk to the guy at the front desk, he first lied to me and told me he had no authority to issue a refund. Then he told me that they were very busy, and that's why this had happened. Then, when I pressed him and told him VERY POLITELY that we had two options - 1) for him to issue a refund for ruining my nails and giving a shoddy pedi OR 2) I could protest the charge with my bank and write a bad review - he was very insulting to me, called me a bully, and told me to "stop trying to scare him". Sooo...insisting that I get at least DECENT service makes me a bully? I explained - again, very politely - that I wasn't trying to scare him, merely telling him the facts of what had happened, and that I wasn't happy with the service. He and my manicurist glared at me while speaking back and forth; I could not understand what they were saying. After glaring at me for another minute, he then issued my refund - which he magically suddenly had authority to do! - and told me to never come back. Dude...do you think I'm ever going to even THINK about coming back here? Don't flatter yourself.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Don't be fooled by the location!  I came here at the last minute for a brow wax. This place is pretty huge. Quick & super affordable. My brow wax was only$7 & she did a pretty good job. Love the prices here. Stop by if you're looking for a quick affordable touch up. I don't recommend for a nice relaxing spa day but they will get the job done. Hope this helps someone. Read Less
